Place 1 hand high on pole, other comes across chest and keep it as locked a s you can, lift both legs up to the side of the pole as if u r sitting on a chair - knees 2gether, feet 2gether

Mighty grip or sure grip for grippin pole - ebay or google it - as with rubbin ewtc just something ya have 2 get use 2 - try not 2 'hug' the pole

Also do you know how to get more grip cause when i try i end up slipping down because my hands get a little slippy if you know what i mean, thanks xx
