I'm fascinated by your projects and creativity. The only thing that concerns me about this method is the heating with plastic in contact with the food. Does this plastic have BPAs?
@StephieMcCarthy I should have mentioned this in the video. The bags are silicon based. They do not contain BPA and are designed for high temperatures around food.
