  • Your not going to have any kids going near your house!! Or road-ants!

  • the sound = unused energy

  • how long it takes off?

  • beep annoying :@

  • Could you update and comment on the noise ? Is that noise only from the Camera ...or is it from the Super Joule Ringer? Sorry if the question seems silly ...because I have a Hydroponic Strawberry field project for this summer and I need to light up all night every night 24/7 with led panel that are powered by 9v AC ... If I can get read of the AC and power all this by solar panel and battery I am golden :)

  • R.I.P MY EARS!

  • Repells mosqitos, too

  • So what we have here is a home made inverter which creates an unnecessarily high voltage, only to feed a dozen bulbs which are placed in series and the bulbs are presumably LED and end up driving each junction at no more than 3V. The reason why you think you think you have created something amazing is because you don't understand the relationship between Volts, Amps and Watts.

  • turn off the noise!

  • take this video down please. sound is balls

  • it hurts my hears but i wanna know more smash:(

  • I counted 12 lamps.

One would be enough, who do you need so many?

  • Could you post the efficiency of the circuit and some data on your site please? Thanks! :)

  • My, my... it's interesting and I'd love to be able to follow but the high frequency noise was piercing my eardrum after less than 1 min and could not follow anymore, would you mind cleaning up the audio (I could try doing that for you) or re-recording a new audio track to swap in the video? Went to your site to read more... keep up the good work! Thanks! :)

  • I wonder if the same concept will work on a 4 foot bulb. I would like to try it out. I went on the schemetic link there is no actual parts list. What type of transistor. What type of core and where can I get one. What gauge of wire. What is the magnet size and type. Is there a patent or copywrite on the design. I met this old farmer that's off the grid. I want to replicate this and give it to him as a present. He is letting me use some land to do a free workshop to teach people organic gardening

  • I couldn't watch it all, the noise was so annoying.

  • u should embed the coil so it cant move and is silent

  • Wow thank goodness for the mute button, I was starting to go crazy

  • IS there such a thing as too many wraps?

  • I'm 19 and the frequency isn't that bad. Once you get older you apparently lose the higher frequencies.

  • @Nanovirus5995

it also depends on ur soundcard (gah, damn sound) i have a X-FI SupremeFX

  • Holy shit, adjust the frequency of your inverter! That's painful to hear!

  • Great video! What a wonderful perspective from which to appreciate the created order and defrag a little from some of life's responsibilities. I wonder if someone has developed an off-the-shelf direct-link and broadcast card for flying it visually via video ground link. That would be really cool.

  • Leave a constant light on in a shed...man you're building a grow room..LOL

  • Palm slap. nvm. I see the site address now. Wicked system.

  • Hey saber. Would you send along details, so I can follow up on the build. I am in need of a low amp light system.

  • what is the ring itself made out of? Would you post or send a design layout? Would love to put one of these on my motorcycle. Thsnk you. great interview. Sciematic me!

  • never mind the beep it's the sign wave that hurts to have to listen too

like whats the deal throw in a high cap out of a speaker box or something to kill that sound you'll probubly get some more Jules out of it

  • these type of circuits have a lot to do with resonance and cause the the wire to make noise just like when you charge the capacitor on a camera flash it makes noise this is just constant put circuit in a sound proof box and all will be quite

  • that noise is annoying

  • that noise is driving me up the fucking wall !

  • being im not very circut savvy what is it that makes that squeel

  • As impressive as this looks I have a question. Regarding voltage drop over distance. In close proximity those lights look good. What gauge copper wire and what length of the wire are you using between each light? If your were to space those lights 10' or 15' apart. Would they be just as bright? Or would the resistance of the wiring reduce the power to the lights thus dimming them more?

  • So you have 13volts @ 200mA that's 2.6 watts ov power input, right? So how many watts are you getting from those LED bulbs? Are they going the same brightness as if they were in a conventional 110vac socket, you think?

  • imagine what animals hear

  • i dont care light is light

  • That be excellent idea to have a schematic for that your nice porject thanks.

  • man tht hum would drive me crazy!

  • @lasersaber You have your own solar system? :P

  • AWESOME SET UP!!! post link to schematics and parts list please. =D

  • The most right bulb is broken and still lights up ?

  • There are things called boost converters which will do the same thing as your big ring, but far more efficiently and in a package that's the size of a pack of gum. There is nothing magical about coils of wire (inductors) to anyone but a layman.

Boost converters made by people who learned electronics instead of focusing on smoke and mirrors.

  • shit, even turning the pot of the volume level to the minimum, I still hear it

  • RAPING MY FUCKING EARS

  • Sell it! $5 ea will make you a Millionair !! Oh, don't forget my commission!

  • ten thumbs up. bravo sir

  • What it is up with that last bulb at righ of video? As the camera moves I can see it is not spheric like the others, seems like it is smashed... Strange.

  • Wow, I got about 20 sec in and turned it off. That whistle is really bad. I would do an audio swap and do it again.

  • JESUS H CHRIST SHUT THAT FUCKING THING UP ALREADY!!!!

  • what if you made it a rodin coil ? that would be interesting to see :)

  • Have you drawn out a schematic yet, if so I would like one, Jeff.

  • I wonder if you could put that in an insulated box to bring the noise down add fans if you have heat issues.

  • Comment removed

  • aaaaaahh the white noise! =P

  • Good and classic design, I believe Tesla was the creator. The problem is the lights have to be in series to be able to take the high voltage, and the high pitch noise it sure is good to scare rodents away. and some people too

  • I want a schematic.

  • it's a STAR GATE :O :)

  • how can i make this at home?

  • What voltage are these lights running on..guessing 110v, but could be 12v i suppose.

Trying to work out the wattage being consumed, and whether or not another solar panel or two could make use of the light output to charge the battery powering the lights...you see where i'm going with my thinking?

  • am i the only one that hears a beep :< its so hard and high :( it hurts

  • @1thetorchman I believe not. (That's what she said)

  • @1thetorchman

i hear the same, could not stand for any seond...

  • @1thetorchman waxin my earwax- but its the transistor having a good time!

  • I've been looking for a way to get atleast our lighting off the grid since 1999. We live in an apartment,so it makes it a bit dfficult. I've tried 3 batteries with a converter but the batteries still need to be charged with a charger. So now i'm thinking of using perpetual motion with a magnetic motor. But u have a good idea here that seems to work just fine.

  • Pls provide circuit if possible! Or email tortortor2005@hotmail.com

  • @lasersaber. Absolutely a great job. hi tone tone and you are so right on. I haven't had time to look at all of your videos but I subscribed. David A. Puchta I would like to keep in touch.

  • ...Well...took me all of 30 seconds to figure this one out...the right hand 'light' helped out too, obviously not an incandescent bulb...with the 'hole' in it there......these are actually discs of white paper, illuminated by overhead lamp...look at the shadows and you'll see the 12 'lights' aren't actually lighted at all... And then of course...the Harbor Fright deal...

  • @dougspair really?

  • good battery

  • what's wrong with the bulb on the right?

  • why do you need such a high frequency? can you tune it down to 60HZ .

  • Visual demo good but no diagram or visual detail to do anything but show and tell I can't do anything with it. you assume I'm an electronic nerd too. nice thing about the internet is to teach the novice or un nerdy. are they LED bulbs CFL's or incandescent ?

  • Where do you buy the metglas toroids?

  • Обратите внимание на крайнюю с права лампу. Видно, что это не лампы накаливания,а какие-то светодиоды потребляющие 0целых и х..й 10ых вата.

  • This is one of my favorite builds.

We applied a similar circuit and theory to John Bedini's Solid State charger.

    watch?v=3PUqEghYigw

    and here is the schematic...

    watch?v=X6aNEaZtrFE

    Thanks for sharing this

  • Without knowing the wattage of the bulbs and the voltage input, we don't really know what you are claiming in terms of efficiency. If you are claiming a self-ringing booster circuit which is more effcient than a conventional inverter, then fab. I just wasn't sure if you are trying to tell people that this is an overunity device? (not fab)

  • Great Video . It would help if you provide the schematics please. I would love to experiment with it. Send to Lebanese_guy30@hotmail.com.

  • Super cool. I would like to experiment with it as well. Can you provide the schematic please.

    radioruler@gmail.com

  • Liked it. I Have another application I would like to try it on HHO Could you send me a schematic terrymccurter@yahoo.com Thanks

  • Excellent thumb up please do I have with full details and schematic diagram thanks.

  • all you need is to add another supply instead of the battery's,,,maby u still can use that super cap with the panel if u need it at all,, so take drop ceiling lighting and throw a solar panel as the backing and vol la, regenerative lighting? thanks,i'mma try it

  • Dear,

Is it possible to email to me the circuit how to build this device ?

    My email : kedbaker@hotmail.com

    Best Regards.

  • holy shit the noise is in the entire house everybody is covering there ears!!!! >O

  • DUDE!! All the dogs in the street are now barking at my door! WTF? LOL

  • @lasersaber

Would you build and sell this device?

  • I love it!! Please post your circuit for us!!! Again great job!!

  • its the stargate

  • thanks for this!circuit diagram and parts???everybody wants to replicate!!!

  • Encase this circuit in epoxy rosin and you will have no noise. Nice job!

  • Fantastic work! Where did you find the Metglas toroid?

  • i think my screen broke

  • fgfbhbjbnjnjnjnjj

  • how mutch watt are the lamps ???

  • Hi, Awesome! Do you have something in Europe to watch?

  • awesome, brilliant job!!!! Love it, you have inspired me

  • is it magnet only generating? I'm confused cause you talk about solar

  • You could use some foam padding as a container to reduce the ringing some.

  • It's fantastic but the noise is ungodly.

  • Can you help me to do the same thing, or information about!!

  • How do you stop the wires from burning up with all those amps?

  • Just watched this uploaded by 001russian and I know its your stuff because I have had to turn the sound down watching this before. Are you allowed to do that or did you ok that?

  • nice... can you tell us where you get everything at and the circuit schematic ? I need this in my shop too. thanks...sue

  • nice job... drawback is just the noise

  • @CrimelabS

I think it keeps the rats and mice away!

  • @lasersaber is there any way to muffle it? i hear this inside my head 24/7 and have heard it for the past 8 years..

  • @lasersaber i'm still new to the world of electronics/magnetism, so correct me if i'm wrong, but if you stuck this in a faraday cage, wouldn't it cancel out the hum?

  • @lasersaber and mosquitoes!!!

  • @lasersaber I also think a good resolution would be to encapsulate the coil in a soundproof box. You can make it removable of course. Take a look at this video here.

  • @lasersaber LOL :D

  • @lasersaber Is this something like free energy?

  • @lasersaber could it be mounted in a sound insulated box? Great work! There has got to be a lot of sheds around that need good 24-7 lighting, including mine. :D

  • @lasersaber So it will keep the dogs and some viewers away :))

Also you're losing some energy in the form of acoustic resonance, there.

Sound coming out and generating some heat also.

Dipping the transformer in wax (red wax, the seal/molding kind) might future add to the efficiency.

  • @CrimelabS drawback is literal, constant ear rape :D

  • good.... how about if you use feed back process

  • Hi lasersaber, great work! Keep going! If you change the place of rechargeable battery to be in series with the loads and some other fine tweaks, you can recharge also the battery in the same time with providing light. An put a diode instead the place of the actual place of the battery, in the schematic. All the best, maybe you can provide a schematic of your currently device, too.

  • Cant wait for the schematic , cant wait , cant wait!!!!! ;-)

  • Would be good to have schematics, my guess, lot of people want to replicate

  • If you put it in a Faraday cage will it stop the noise and radiation maybe also a sound deadening box as well ?

  • A good friend of mine had used an inverter and that was connected to a battery but came to the conclusion that the battery was way to fast empty !

So an invertor is good for small things but when you're using a device (or multiple devices) that needs (or together) many amperes, the inverter is not well working because it cannot handle much amperes. It will use more from the battery than normal.

  • and a computer too?

  • can i turn on a tv with this energy ?

  • what are the light bulb ratings ?

  • nice job ! can you post circuit so we can replicate...thanks

  • @vid009 Did this guy ever post a schematic for everyone? Nice Design.

  • @duaneafields

he published it on laserhacker com website - google it.

  • I gotta start playing around with these. I gotta small 12v power inverter that will either get the tv to work or about 3 low watt CF lightbulbs when the power is out.

  • Yet another request for the schematic! Awesome work! (Though as someone with sensory issues the noise has to be dealt with.) Anyway I know you want to replicate it with standard parts but could we at least have a basic schematic please? Just to get us started!

  • why is it making the noise, can it channel sound wave to make music, put the light to charge ur solar panel and trap light in a mirror tube to it and some lens on the salar maybe increase light amplication

  • Please make the detailed schatic available.

I will try to replicate it !

    Tks

  • Any news Lasersaber ?

Why don´t you update us on this circuit ?

  • Here is another request for a schematic! Well done!

  • Need to shrink that design down and operate at >20KHz. I could not be in the same room with that thing for more than a couple of minutes! Are those bulbs incandescent?

  • Hi, man i love ths Joule thief! Can you send me a detailed schematic of it ? Thanks in any case..Sue

  • lasersaber. I keep coming back to see incredible new stuff you have dreamed up.

gone for over a month......probably working on commercial shop light dongle...I'll buy one.

Please post more info like you implied you would... I would like to replicate.

hankyou for all your good works

    Buck

  • you should use a led light bulb like in my video only use 3 watts, here is the name of my video LED Light Bulb Money saver cut your Electric Bill

  • I do the same in my workshop, without any transformer, coil, inductor, just plug the lamps into the wall outlet.

  • Can't wait to see the schematic...got my metglass toroid and it's amazing how efficient they are.

  • That's an awful lot of light. You could try placing your solar panel behind the lights and see if you get enough milli-amps to refill your battery. Well done!

  • Did you look into the 400W inverter from Harbor Freight? I found that one only uses 200mA to get the 120V and I let it run non stop in my shed. Will easily keep the deep cycle batt topped off and yet still provide as much as 400W of available power. Been using it for over a year now with great success. Runs 120V lights outside (photocell/motion spots) and the 12V lights inside.

  • YES - schemati please! :) Great job - thanks for posting!

  • TOP coolest things ive ever seen !!!

  • Schematic please.

    Much appreciated.

  • I'd have to agree, a schematic would help. It's not a coincidence that the "sources" are drying-up. The original incidence, for whatever reason, is merely being repeated down the economic line.

  • I request a schematic if not to buy a device from you! I want one for my home! What does it take to get 220V AC out of it and can you tune it to 50Hz do you think?

  • Can you silence a joule ringer with an inverse sound wave and a small piezoelectric speaker?

  • Is it possible to make home brew toroid cores for a system like this?

  • I would like to replicate this. Where can I find the schematic?

  • What is that black box? Is it a battery or an inverter? You mentioned solar, but I don't see any external connections that could be going to a solar panel? I would love to see the schematics!

  • Would adding a small cermaic cap to the coil resonating the make it stop the wires from squeeling?

  • that joule ringer...would there be a way you could send me a schematic on that. im building motor controller. id like to get enough power from a large one to make a small motor go. what do you think? what kind of input would i need to make a 30 hp motor go and how big do ya think it would need to be?

  • please i need a schematic please please i love this . you are genius

  • i guess it could be totally covered in epoxy to remove the sound to a degree. should not be too hard to eliminate. pretty badass.

  • To attn. Mr. Steven E. Jones, lasersaber-Open letter!

A lot thanks to you for your smart, clever, usefull devices - you are very talented and outstanding engineer. Please remember about a mission of everyone on our Earth- your role- to help our Planet.A climate is changing fast due to pollution and problem with energy. It is a time to save of our Home. You must to open secrets of your devices and grant ,present them for US, for all people!

    Best regards,

    Leon M. Fedin, engineer, tesla2012ATukrDotnet

  • schematic, please

  • hey Dude it is very nice work! it will help us a lot if you could please share your diagram thanks!

  • great practical use for the joule ringer. I would love to see the schematic. thanks

  • Hey buddy/ What is this crazy sound?????

  • do you hve a build plan of this?

  • The ringing is music to my ears! It has the sound of free energy.

Keep up the great work LS and we are looking forward to your schematic, etc.

    God Bless You!

P.S. How is the buried NS coil doing now? We would like to know if being buried causes more energy generation than being in the open.

  • how long can this run on a charge?

  • Great stuff, let's have a schematic and if you can provide a parts list so a rusty electronics hobbyist like myself can get the thing working then I'd love it. I had an idea to power my home lighting with a Joule Ringer and get my friends and family one too and do something more socially significant in my community. So keep up the good work and please help us to replicate and spread this technology as fast as possible. BTW is that squeal obligatory?
