My school had a tiger server. And they barely changed it to Snow Leopard this year, 2011. Because its dual-core, all the colored computers had to have their own server and network and log-in.

@wartyfingle Cheetah was the codename for Mac OS X 10.0. Here's the entire list of used cat names:

Puma: 10.1

Jaguar: 10.2

Panther: 10.3

Tiger: 10.4

Leopard: 10.5

Snow Leopard: 10.6

If the iOS hasn't become their front-and-center OS now, then there are still plenty of big cats to name the OS after.

Actually, its either Cougar or Lynx. I guess that the final version of os x will be 10.7, as Steve Jobs said at the intro of the first version that "mac os x will be our primary operating system for the next ten years". It would be kinda cool to have lynx as the name for 10.7, as cougar is a stupid name and 6 is a stupid number.
