Irresponsible parents that allow cats and babies to "play" like this should be reported to law enforcement. This is really dangerous no matter how gentle you think the cat is. Cats do not think like humans and they don't "play" in the manner we think of as play. They will bite and scratch while "playing". They think like cats. There is no excuse for risking the safety of a baby in this manner. I am a cat lover and I know cats are not concerned about the potential they have for harm.

I have alot of friends that have kids and cats. And whenever the cats get annoyed they tap the kid as a warning, With their claws IN. I have never once known a cat to smack a kid with their claws out. They are very smart animals and know it's just a child.

I don't know if it was said already, but small children should not be allowed to handle cats - even if this is a very cute video. Toddlers are often too rough and are attacked by the cat, sometimes viciously. With that said, I do like this video. I want to see more of the cat, less of the baby lol.

if u look carefully, the cat is releasing the feline toxin GVP776 into the child's facial area, marking the baby as prey for later on. Hours later, this child's face swelled up like a balloon, & the blood flow to his extremities ceased, allowing the cat easy access to his "meal". You're right, CopsEpisodesOnline. If kept well fed in the house, the cat will only nibble at the baby's extremities. But if it's hungry, it will tear off chunks of meat from the fleshier parts of the child. But will only do so in a house-cat type manner, not as a growling, menacing jungle cat. But I don't think this would make any difference to the baby at that point.

Vollunteering at Vet hospitals and I do interact with felines of all different sorts. How is it suppose to be, its a cat. It doesnt really know how to act around a child. It acts how it does with everybody else.

I wouldn't generally trust any animal round a baby. Anything can be unpredicatable, they should be well respected.
