@Magnumenforce yeah all the internals are plastic. that said if youre a newcomer and this is your first weapon, you really cant beat it. i personally owned a crosman mp5 as my first weapon and used it as my primary for 3 years...thats right, 3 years, of heavy usage mind you...with a completely plastic gearbox. . so plastic gearboxes are not the best thing in the world but if youre just starting up this dboy is the cheapest, best thing you will find.

This gun would be good to use as renters. At my local fields, if people want to come just play once or to get a fill, they pay the field fee, then $10-15 and we hook them up with a gun, hi cap, and bbs for the day. After 3 days, the gun would have paid for its self.

I got this gun like 4 years ago except mine's the RIS and full length version. I've painted it camoflauge and they lied on the website (got it from airsplat) because it shoots like 300 FPS and it shoots like 15 RPS on an 8.4V. I just hate that it's completely plastic so I'm planning to get the ARES M4A1 so that I can destroy my friend with his JG M4 (Enhanced Version). Good Solid gun though :D

@micmanno1 YES! There is. I assume your talking about the Full metal fake wood Echo 1 M14. Well first of all, you have a better build on the echo 1. Plus... it's an echo1 ... yea it's more expensive. They may have the same FPS but you also get an extra Hi-Cap. Echo 1s are also easier to upgrade.
