i do like this video...but want to know if there's any good vitamins that are sold in store instead of looking online...& is all those vitamins good & ok for all ages to take??
just a quick question.. im a little confused, on the back of my multivitamins where it states the dose of each vitamin.. some of it says they are in mg and some are in ug... whats the difference?

@Anubisrunner08 mg stands for milligrams (1/1000), and ug stands for micrograms (1/1000 of a milligram).
