you just cant keep pumping water out aquifers and hope things will be okay. They are acting like locusts draining all the resources then moving to the next and then when that is gone move on to another. Ground water is too valuable and to remove it the water from a community then expected then to pay for water from a different source will make a never ending cycle. We as a species are so ingnorant and blinded be our own present needs we have become apathetic to anything outside our own "world".
