  • Shortly after 5:20 we have some of my favorite music ever, from Mathnet. (The comma is because I liked all Mathnet music; go figure.)

  • @OneWeirdDude I much prefer the original synth score that the show used to the Orchestra score that replaced it later.

  • i cant believe it....i was actually around 11,12 when i used to see this...

  • Man, I'd like to know what happened to these two! What a great series. One of my favourites growing up.

  • I had to watch these in 4th grade!!!! They replace the girl with someone else

  • Ah man, it was just getting good! lol "We got our man"!! lol Then it goes off. lol They need to come out with some DVD's man. lol

  • i grew up watching this

  • where are all the other episodes?

  • I loved this show growing up , it was entertaining and fun

  • your'e killing them smalls

  • i know i loved this show, but now lookin at it. idk why i would. i guess it was cuz the girl was a hottie.

  • rick miller is my math teacher he helped make this show

  • Every episode of Square One TV ends with Mathnet. That makes for excellent nostalgia!

  • hahaha my math teacher shows us this if were being good :) i think she's the only teacher at school with a VCR.

  • Our math class watches this whenever we don't want to do a lesson

  • We watched this is geography.

  • Ok well I saw this in school and LOVED it! Then I told my dad about it and the lead turned out to be my dad's old friend from college! She's awesome!

  • Wow. This brings back so many memories...

  • haha!! I accidentally paused it at 6:17, and she had a funny look on her face!!

  • a-teehee lolz... ^-^

  • "But look, 20% of that circle is Pacific Ocean. We can eliminate that area."

    "Uh-huh."

"They wouldn't have put it there."

    "Right."

    "It would sink."

    (awkward pause)

    Fantastic.

  • omg!!!! OUR MATH CLASS WATCHES THIS!

  • @DarknessWolf101 Mine did, back when I was in 6th or 7th grade. I was first exposed to them in preschool.

  • @DarknessWolf101 You have my sympathy.

  • Then why won't they post it???

  • They have the whole Case of the Missing Baseball on home video as part of the Mathnet Mysteries series, Trust me.

  • where's the last part?.

  • where is the last part?

  • I used to love this show.. I remember i would be devistated when it sys "TO BE CONTINUED" at the end, I just couldn't wait to see what happened!!

  • This show is amazing. My teacher used to show it to the class on days when we weren't doing anything else.

  • Likewise, but most of these were shown to sort of coincide with whatever lessons we were having. Back when I first Mathnet though, I didn't care about the math--I just liked the skits.

  • can you bur this for on to dvd

  • OMG, Mathnet made me want to be a mathmatician when I was young! lol I loved this show.

  • Kate Monday(Beverly leach) George Frankly (joe Howard) Pat Tuesday (toni Dibuono) Chief thad green (james Earl Jones) Debbie Williams (mary Watson).

  • We decided to look at the last scene from yesterday's show. Whew, those jokes went way over my head when I was 10.

  • "Amazing what we can do with these computers, isn't it Kate? I remember when we had to do this by hand. Took weeks." --George Frankly. ROTFL!

  • I'd love someone to add the mystery weekend episode grrr

  • Kate Monday was hot!

  • I had an odd crush on her too when I was 10-11 years old. Didn't care for the manly detective outfit, but she was cute. Who played her (and George)??

  • I LOVE THIS SHOW AND I MISS IT :/

  • Why did my comment get a thumbs down? I was being totally sincere :(

  • Ah, takes me back to when I was 7. I specifically remember this episode!

  • so much of this can be solved on Google now LOL

  • Comment removed

  • I bet Kate could make a good meat loaf. When will George realize that Kate > Martha?

  • stops at scenario circle? LMFAO

  • "the address is a phony!"

glad you drove all the way there to find that out, instead of just looking it up in a phone book.

  • anyone notice the cuts when they're talking to howie? funny as hell! brilliant!!

  • The fundings are taken in a 9PM background

  • Wow. I Remember This Too. Oh Now I Remember It Was Pat Tuesday And George That Were In That Mansion With Some Other People. (sorry about the mistake from what i said). And One by One The People Disappeared. So I Hope Someone Puts It On Here. Oh Btw Sorry About The Mistake.

  • These are so great, I loved them when I was a kid and now I'm a math teacher... I never would have done it without this show, haha.

I wish they had DVDs so I could show my class.

  • lol i watched this EXACT episode 2day in my elective class

  • what class is studying mathnet

  • gym

  • I ain't gonna lie - when I was 11-12 yrs old, I had a serious crush on Officer Monday (the chick). I thought she was so hot, and I used to daydream that her and I would solve crimes (no joke). Plus this was a great show for its time!

  • You aren't the only one. The crush, I mean. Not the dreaming of solving crimes, lol

  • ya i wanted to do her pretty bad too

  • Yeah, even as a kid I thought she was hot!

  • @Defender78 me too, isn't she the voice of Lisa Simpson?

  • @willywonkachevy Yes she is :)

  • @willywonkachevy Wait actually, I confused this with another episode. The girl from the "Missing Monkey" Mathnet series is the voice of Lisa Simpson :)

  • are there dvds out yet.. or more than two vhs's out.. i already have the monterray bay episode on vhs..

  • "To cogitate.. and to solve.."

I just have to laugh, because 20 years later, I'm a police officer, and I credit my fascination right back to my fascination with MathNet. I even had my mom buy me a blue blazer when I was 7!

  • wow this was an awesome show..I need the high quailty DVD to watch daily!!!!!!

  • I thought that the case of Grunt the Gorilla was the first...it was the first one that aired on WDCN Nashville, anyway.

  • You're right, "The Missing Monkey" did air in the first week of Square One TV. "The Missing Baseball" was produced first, though. Such are the mysteries of things!

  • hey gidi neşeli matematik..!

  • I loved this one! Id like to see the one where George is hiding out in that old car, and it ends up being taken to the crushers and George is trapped inside!

  • Every time I watch this, Howie's groan at 00:56 seems like a sound effect for the pickup truck that drives by.

  • First two seasons, actually, tiradorfranco.

  • Thanks for pointing that out.

  • 7:32-7:41: You think SNL Cast members (from 1987) Dana Carvey and Jon Lovitz could have pulled off a Honeymooner's spoof like that one?

  • This show was a wonderful, beats ANYTHING on public television today.

  • i hope anyone who has part 5 will post it.
