gyrados was meant to be a water dragon type so its only weakness was dragon, but due to when it was getting made dragon rage was the only dragon type move, which always does 40 damage, so pretty much it had no weakness. So they had to change it.
Gyarados is a flying/water type instead of dragon/water because the game designers did not want to make a Pokemon too powerful in the game. It was originally going to be dragon/waterm but the designers changed it before the game was release. By the way, nicely made video.

As for Jigglypuff... in Smash Bros, you have to learn to take what she's good at, like stopping recoveries, and use it to your advantage. She's a good fighter. But the anime/game Jigglypuff sucks.
Celebi is fucking fantastic. It's a unique type that can hit with the fist of an angry god. Seriously, one of the best special attacking dual types in existence.
Super Smash Bros is actually a pretty balanced game, Jigglypuff is actually so destructive if you have the skill to back it up, it takes split second timing and preplanning to do it, but if you can do that, Jiggly owns!
Charizard is nice, and rayquaza is awesome, but my favourite is giratina. Hell giratina was one of the first i got to level 100, as well as chrizard, rayquaza, and maybe 15 others throughout the pokemon series

There is a reason why Jigglypuff is in every SSB ... because she is one of the best characters in the game, she is hard to play but if you know how she is a seriously amazing char.
The reason Charizard might be overblown is actually pretty simple. He's the ONLY ONE of Ashe's STRONG, evolved pokemon that he didn't release or in some way got rid of. He was quite literally Ashe's OP pokemon to be brought out as a last resort. And the reason people loved him is because he was a wild card. He might help Ashe, or like in the poke league tell him to fuck off.
What about Darkrai I think he's a bit overrated but he's cool because he's immuned to psychic types and we all know how popular those are. Though Darkrai has flaws and he may be a bit overrated but he is my fav legend. Also Deoxys ftw

Overated or not, Charizard has got some of the most publicity even since the first games, and c'mon, he looks like a freaking dragon! If it weren't for Pikachu, I'd almost think Charizard would be THE iconic monster of Pokemon. Maybe either that or clefairy.
I don't know why you regret making this list, cause I agree with just about everything on it. The only reason I disagree with you on mewtwo though, is that he's popular because he's a villain. Jigglypuff weak in Super Smash Brothers? Not at all, she's basically broken in Melee and okay in 64 and as for Brawl, all good characters except Marth got huge nerfs in Brawl (Falcon, Fox, Shiek, etc.).

Mewtwo can learn calm mind with recover if hes allowed 2 or 3 calmminds hes near imposible to beat. Someone sends out a Darkrai think they got the upper hand then he Focusblasts or Aura Speres an you kiss your Darkrai goodbye. Mewtwo is one of the only Pokemon to actually outspeed Darkrai.

The reason Charizard might be overblown is actually pretty simple. He's the ONLY ONE of Ashe's STRONG, evolved pokemon that he didn't release or in some way got rid of. He was quite literally Ashe's OP pokemon to be brought out as a last resort. And the reason people loved him is because he was a wild card. He might help Ashe, or like in the poke league tell him to fuck off.

i agree with almost everything on this list I just have 1 major problem with it. JIGGLYPUFF IS THE BEST although i will admit that in the original super smash she was horrible but in melee and brawl she is 1 of the best if you know how to use her properly. and being the huge fan that i am i have mastered her. so I am sorry to say your arguement for #6 on the list is invalid. other than that good list

dude, i think this list is pretty good. The only flaw is that pokemon has such a wide variety a list like this is mainly opinion and thats what a list is. Overated or not, Charizard has got some of the most publicity even since the first games, and c'mon, he looks like a freaking dragon! If it weren't for Pikachu, I'd almost think Charizard would be THE iconic monster of Pokemon. Maybe either that or clefairy.

I don't know why you regret making this list, cause I agree with just about everything on it. The only reason I disagree with you on mewtwo though, is that he's popular because he's a villain. Pokemon may have bad people, but Mewtwo is the only truly bad pokemon. He exists only to destroy everything he sees. He is a heartless monster! And that's pretty cool.

Jigglypuff weak in Super Smash Brothers? Not at all, she's basically broken in Melee and okay in 64 and as for Brawl, all good characters except Marth got huge nerfs in Brawl (Falcon, Fox, Shiek, etc.).

Mewtwo is not overated Mewtwo outspeeds mostly everything Mewtwo is very unpredictable
My Mewtwo has swept entire teams i mean teams with Arceuis Darkrai Rayqauza Dialga
Mewtwo can learn calm mind with recover if hes allowed 2 or 3 calmminds hes near imposible to beat. Someone sends out a Darkrai think they got the upper hand then he Focusblasts or Aura Speres an you kiss your Darkrai goodbye. Mewtwo is one of the only Pokemon to actually outspeed Darkrai.
