In my opinion, the one where Jayden gives up the FBI after failing to solve the case (but with Ethan or Madison rescuing Shaun anyway.) Because I think although Jayden enjoyed the intellectual side of his job, be couldn't cope with the strain it had on his sanity. I like to think that although it was a difficult decision, Jayden found happiness doing something else.:)
