I have a taylor as well and i noticed that it stays in tune while i'm playing it but when i put it down for a day or two, it goes out of tune... i'd guess that while he's playing in concert and using different guitars he has guys checking that all are in tune at certain times...

@Dogslax3333 I have a Taylor too and had the same problem until I started leaving a humidifier in it when I wasn't playing. If you live in a dry climate a humidifier will definitely help.

Guitars do go out of tune....but he's also playing a Taylor---one of the nicest acoustics made....not your Squier beginner pack. Not to mention what do he think hes doing when he hides for a second during bass intros....drum solos.....TUNING!!! Either way---he performs for more than any of us could dream....so just enjoy the music

Does a guitar stay in tune the duration of a concert? I have no idea but I doubt it....I love when some no talent dork posts that Dave's guitar is out of tune. It is call flyshit, tiny detail man.....move on already.

If you have no idea, then why post? HUH? Guitars go out of tune, that is why there are guitar techs switching out guitars, usually after every song or two. I love it when some no talent whatsoever idiot posts comments like yours.

actually, the reason why they change out guitars a lot is because the next song may be in a different tuning. there are many tuning, raised b, standard, drop d, baritone, etc. many of daves songs are raised B, drop d, standard, and baritone. now u might not no this cause ur not a guitar player but im just lettin u kno. not trying to be a jerk or anything
