Even those Desmonds story is sad, I cant think of a greater hero than him. He knew he had a pathetic life therefore he tries to get his honor back. He is a great character!

The Penny and Desmond story is the most heart touching on screen romance iv ever seen, the 'il never stop til i find you' sentiment is how all of us would be with that truley special someone, that 1 person who you never stop loving, no matter what!.

The short scene at 5:30, with John looking at the timer, really slams me for some reason. It just gives this immensely powerful aura that clearly says: "This is it. What will finally happen when you let me fall below 0?"

Every character on lost has it`s own theme music instrumental by Giacchino and her I can hear it. But i`ts not on the season 2 soundtrack. Do you know where I can get it? please help. Desmond Theme is the best. Ben`s theme is pretty cool too.

Thanks for posting! Henry Ian Cusick is amazing--it only took one episode for him to make Desmond my favorite character. I'm so glad he came back for season 3. :)

Such a shame Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond) didn't win the Emmy. He did an incredible job. When he started throwing books in anger, I started to cry a little. Wonderful performance.

In fact, I can't think of a better season finale. Plus, the last two minutes with the Arctic Station are brilliant.
