he would have lost all his army running in the small choke against a reaver 3-6 goons 2z and a templar, not to mention the fact that the reinforcements were on the way. Jangbi made the correct decision in backing out
The loser lost when he decided to stop making reavers. He was up on expansions for a long time. That, in addition to winning more battles, should easily be an auto win for a top tier protoss.
The winner played well, but it was more of the loser's inferiority rather than his own ingenuity that won him this game.
i think a big factor was map. That neutral ground allowed him to hide his shuttle repeatedly. If you look at the other base, it provides no opportunities to do that.
So many weird stuff happening here. Kal not moving in to kill Jangbi when he won that first battle. Jangbi making gazillion zealots but no leg speed. Kal not harassing despite not being behind in tech nor economy.
It's so weird to see a PvP match where someone comes back from losing TWO major encounters. Usually one loss automatically means GG.
Look, it's really not THAT difficult to just see yourself. This isn't a live stream. Just skip to the beginning. They'll show a player's starting location, and flash to that player.
In this game, it would be Kal/Gojilla P10 and Jangbi P3.
It's really not that tedious. After that, you can just skip the build up if you want to skip to the action.
This game clearly shows the importance of hitting the enemy's economy. Kal won most major battles only Jangbi slowed his economy while he didn't...
At 24:03, a single scarab kills 3 High Templars... Nice!

Jangbi is really my favourite P player, alongside with Bisu.
They are both really inspiring.

My favorite are rock and backho!
martinio 3 years ago
Lol are you serious?
Backho makes the most dreadful choices although his mechanics are goods.
Saw him going full dragoon or no dragoon and getting raped both time, was pretty hilarious.
I don't see a lot of creativness and petsonality in Rock's playing.

Kal won alot of the big fights
but didn't harass at all which is weird...
he should've dealt with that shuttle sooner

DAMN
battle of titans.
only reason kal lost is that he quit using reavers while jangbi used them effectively until the end.

nevake you gotta put the colors of the players in the info section otherwise its a pain to figure out who is who during the match
uglymoose89 3 years ago
Sorry, I can't do that. I never watch the games myself.
But instead of asking for it you could have posted the colors, right?
