i got 08 g37 stock, but i had 2004 maxima 6speed, with headers straight nismo exhaust, injen long intake, kinetix manifold, exedy light wight flywheel and stage 2 clutch, uprev ECU chip, and that car was flying, my G37 need lot to stand with this max, i was smoking TL-S 6speed 10 car bihaend... bmw 650ci, 2002 M3 all they was seen black smoke, EVOs, and its only maxima

@thadon305 S doesn't really help with anything but turning and breaking in the G37...I've beaten plenty of Manual/S G37's in my Auto G37.

@Nosnibor that doesn't mean they're slower it's all about knowing how to drive and how to shift, and most of the people out there don't know how to drive a manual car. G37 it's an amazing car anyways, I'm thinking of getting a VQ37 car either g37 or 370z, =s undecided yet...VQ's ftw!

@jkpgt96 G37 have a newer version of the vq35 thats a 3.7 so its slightly bigger and the drivetrain is brand new in comparison so it has an edge. I dont think he "walked" him to bad in this video and not to meantion his car is 10+yrs old and 30k less.

Both..I have consistently out trapped/ran coupes and sedans, both auto and 6 speed at the track, and on the street..stock v. stock that is..and I am only talking about the 287bhp ones..the 300+bhp ones I have not run, but would imagine a 6-speed one would beat me pretty easily...

No you didn't, they have NEVER made a 2.5l Maxima. The pre 1985 Maxima's had either a 2.0, 2.4. Or a 2.8l diesel engine. Everything post 1984 is a 3.0l or 3.5l...2.5l Maxima's do not exist.

hey dumbass that is only a VQ30DE maxima, 4th generation, which means it was a 95-99, and that G37 is atleast an 08, and a stock VQ30DE only has about 190hp, your G37 aka same VQ block has 330, amazing that you only beat him by 200feet, and he had a fwd, and yours a rwd, hmmm learn to drive

apparently some ppl instantly assume body= engine this maxima was swapped with a vq35 from the newer maxima.....and i wasnt driving this was a buddy of mines (ill stick to my 240sx)
