Hi, killing your self is such a brave thing to do, i know coz i tried to jump off a bridge once, its called the (garhoud bridge). Its over a deep river, i couldnt do it, then finally i changed my mind. & im not ganna try it ever again, coz things are better now, every thing changed.

im on copaxone! when i take it everyday i feel down! when i dont take it i feel great! why is that!! i work everyday when im on copaxone and i feel like not working and when im off the meds i work all day!

@mark13728 One way to "break the ice" without sounding nosey is to ask if they need help, it's polite, and 99% of the time, people will say no, so if you ask if they need help, it says to them "hey, I'm not being nosey, but I see you might need help" and even if they do say yes, it's usually only for a few minutes, and now they don't feel as if you are being nosey, they feel more of a sense that you care, and it's easier for them to open up if you do ask. It's just what I've noticed...

When people stare, I usually ask if I forgot to zip up my zipper or something funny like that... it usually "breaks the ice" and then usually they will feel a little more comfortable about asking.... either that or I'll say "take a picture, it will last longer!". I guess it depends on the mood I'm in!

I always watch Vern's video's and be talking to him now and again on facebook I knew about the book but I'm going to buy it soon you really sold it to me, Vern should be proud of you xx
