Madonna's and Glee's version are both good, and have slightly different atmospheres. Madonna is a little bit more mature and reserved in her version, while Glee's mashup is more energetic, upbeat, and a little bit more eager (as they had just gone to the legendary New York for the first time in their lives).

Madonna and Glee are both great, it's so stupid to compare them. Madonna is a solo artist who's been around for decades. Glee is a TV show about a Glee Club who have introduced the younger generation into older styles of music. They do covers as a tribute to the original artist, and they also write some of their own songs. People can like one version better than the other, it's a matter of opinion.
