I am a pure bloded Maranao and I must admit that it such a BIG SHAME to see our province to be severely lagged from the world of progress. Our political exercise is very unstable and it SUCKS! Political leaders seem to treat their offices as private ownership - A BREAD AND BUTTER!!!!!

i came to ds place.. nd 1 thing i can tell s>> ds place very cool..8 has good climate... bt 1 things s bad.. bt some of d people here r very hot nd aggresive n fyt huhuhu.. dy r bn eated by dr pride huhuhu.. sad to say 8s true.. bt on d ryt side... many of maranao are very friendlyy.. kinddd... nd faithfull.. ds s not a dangerous place as of many people think.. come nd visit marawi city..

agree with you! like any other place, marawi has its good and bad side..let us dare to make a change by changing ourselves. don't let Dirty Politics corrupt us. embrace and be proud of Marawi's rich culture and hospitality and also couple this act of defying from stuffs that would lead for Marawi to sink in the whole lake!

I was born in Malabang Lanao del Sur in 1962 but I never have the chance to come and visit the place since we left in 1973 & I really do miss the place so much. I would really appreciate it very much if you could post videos or even photos of the said place. Thanks for posting this video.

I am not a native of Marawi but have learned to love the place since college days.. I am now here in Manila to seek its greener pasture but everyday I still long to be back home.. (In MSU)..

I wish you could spare some of your time to visit your home!!..
