My school just ignored them pretty much. After the thirtieth bomb threat in 2 months, they just made an announcement at the end of the day, "...and just so you know, we had a bomb threat this morning." My school also started to CLOSE the bathrooms(only 4 of 11 guys Bathrooms were open)-that sucked.
