Great Video Hun :), Hope your partner is feeling better now, and I just love your top!!!! Like you I tend to look after everyone else and forget about myself. I have now decided to eat without doing anything else, no reading, no watching TV and while Im eating I focus on what In doing and the fact that Im fueling my body to live. Instead of living to eat, eating to live so that I can live longer and enjoy life better.
