  • Bavo!

  • Another one of those chinese robots. Poor kid.

  • incredible. i'm looking forward to hearing more of you... what a joy the listen to a nine year old girl playing so well already.

  • Thank you very much for so many comments on this piece :-)

The thing we can say is........ the only one reason why she

played this piece is she just loved and loved it.

No one taught and forced her to play this piece.

She read the musical score and listened to CD and practiced by herself.

And two years after this video, she really started to formally

    learn from teacher.

In japan the word "MUSIC" is described by two text characters,

    "sound" and "enjoy" . :-)

  • Cool :)

  • She's nine years old. Give it a rest. Most people in the world couldn't even attempt to play this.

  • people go on about forcing children to do something. I wish my parents forced me to learn a musical instrument when I was young. I am 30 now and have no real talents. Give me a time machine any day.

  • 9? I thought she was 3.

  • Perfect tempo! She´s playing this song better than several other professionals you find on youtube. Get around to confirm. What a talented girl!

  • WHOA!!! damn im 23 and im inlove with this kid! @___@ COOL! WELL DONE GREAT!!! all best wishes is yours!

  • @ammonko30

    Thanks!!

  • Excellent effort! This peace is far too sophisticated for a 9 year old to capture the emotion needed to properly execute it. I wish that I could play it as well as she can don't get me wrong. Someday she will rise up some goosebumps with that one. :-)

  • @zoozercat

    Thanks for your comment!!

Brilliant.

  • @il0Lgg

  • kirie :">

  • This is amazing...and by saying she is too young to play this is like saying nobody should play the piano until they are adults?...did u ever stop and think that maybe she enjoys playing? because to me it looks like she does! She is well on the road to becomin a PHENOMENAL piano player, and as long as her parents aren't forcing her into something she doesnt want to do then where is the harm? :)

  • @borntosing2012

    Thanks for your comment!!

  • Bravo

  • This is phenomenal ! This is a very hard piece to play , and for a nine-year-old to have it perfected . WOW ! Well done .

  • @WhatNowHaters

    Thanks !!

  • this makes my heart happy...love for music and appreciation for it at ANY age is a wonderful thing! if she's this good at her age, imagine when she's older....i was still happily enjoying this :D

  • @idkpatty

    Thanks for your comment!!

  • Hey, that is some real talent right there! I'm 15 and I've been playing for two years and am more advanced then my teacher's other students who have been playing longer, and I can't play that awesome. I think this is really cool and I don't understand why people are criticizing you like this. If you can do it, and play a piece ,like this, then no one is stopping you :D Keep on playing :D

  • @WickedlyCheno15

    Thanks for your comment!!

  • @Goldieluvmj

  • I'd love to have the sheet music as my 72 year old hands cannot make those reaches anymore. Such wonderful talent that has only been tapped.

  • @loub213

    Thanks!!

  • @IveGotYourChange lol - don't judge the American children. There is so much more to them that you don't know, that I don't know. Every person is different, and rap and pop music is very well liked between the American children, but that doesn't put them at fault. Rap is still music. Classical was the root, but Rap is what came later. Both are music, both should be appreciated by all ages and cultures.

  • @Passionofawriter well said!

  • @Passionofawriter

    Thanks for your comment!!

  • I was 14 when i started learning piano. im basically teaching my self everything, i havent had any lessons and i play by chords. but anyways, im 16 now and i wish i would have started sooner. so for you to be only 9 years old and playing something this beautiful is AMAZING :D ♥ keep playing, and dont let no one talk you down or out of it. you'll regret it if you do. trust me! :)

  • @trckpllr

    Thanks for your comment!!

  • @IveGotYourChange sorry, i was just mentioning. I'm not saying this child has murdered anyone - please don't make such a big deal. I didn't curse the child, I didn't go against the child. I just made some commentaries, hoping that she would take them on board to try to play better.

    Sorry if I disturbed you.

  • Death is stalking us all.

  • bravo. she did rush it at times but for her age..BRAVO

  • She's amazing for a 9-year-old! Honestly, why are people getting ANGRY that she's playing such a beautiful piece at such a young age! I don't understand! Just because she's 9 doesn't mean she doesn't have emotions! I'm sure she's been sad and happy before and can put those feelings into her music just as easily as anyone else. She did a beautiful job.

  • shes too fast

  • So sad that people are criticizing this CHILD so much. Yes, she's a child and she hasn't fully grown to play this piece the correct way, but it's not like she's going to stay this size forever. To be honest, it doesn't even sound bad. The people who criticize all seem very jealous of her talent. Who cares if her parents are proud of her? They act as if this is gloating when this could help her future. She did a really wonderful job playing this piece, by the way!

  • She will be playing this much better when she grows up, for sure. But believe me, she is going to play it EVEN BETTER because now, at the age of 9, she can play it correctly already. Everyone who has learned piano can confirm this, I am pretty sure. When you are young, you can learn anything so easily... She may have a better sense of tempo and feeling later, but the technique to play the piece correctly is here already, that's why I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

  • @emnsaraiva

    Thanks for your comment!!

  • wasn't correctly played. Tempo was inconsistent, notes wrong.

  • @Passionofawriter you suck.. just as your usersname.. PEACE OUT

  • @Passionofawriter

    Thanks for your advice!!

  • Why did they make her play this piece when she physically couldn't do many of the things the piece requires? What exactly is the point of this? I know this kid has good amount of talent, but doing stuff like this only distinguish whatever she has faster than anything. This just shows how foolish and selfish the parents/teacher are.

  • @PK292TSM

    Thanks!!

  • cant believe what ive just heard!!!! so devine!!! marvelous!!!

  • @Dennispajic

    Thanks!!

  • Very beautiful, good job little girl :)

  • @charmtrapperhat

    Thanks!!

  • your stool needs to be higher, your elbows are too low down to be able to get any weight on the piano. Sounded quite nice though

  • @jmoo9898

    Thanks for your advice!

  • @NiNJAof2011 no one can understand

  • This child, dreams this. No matter who the person, teacher, or who have you. This is brilliancy. Yes, it can hurt her hands, yes, ... you must think about this. This little girl, dreams big, take her to the very best, nurture this child. I am so happy for her, and for you. My very best wishes ... enjoy this ...

    Ms. Shelley

  • Why the hell can't she (or her parents) just wait until her hands are big enough to play it?! This kills this otherwise beautiful piece. I can't help myself but I see nothing but that hunt for fame and shocking surprise - "such a little girl playing brilliantly the piano"!

Also, in my opinion, compositions like this should be played by older people, people who already have some life experience... This piece, however simple it may seem ("just moonlight"), ......to be continued......

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt ....... is a very deep and non-infantile one. But what I see in this video is only a girl hardly able to play all the notes - and even if all were played, it's just not enough for such a composition!

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt

    Thanks for your advise!!

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt I said kind of the same thing in another video!! people think their kids are prodigies all the time!! Yes she may have talent!! but do not make her play this piece at that age!! she doesn't have the necessary emotional bagage to play it and her fingers are too small indeed!! one or too mistakes can ruin this and if all you wanted was to show her off then do it with somehting else!!

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt

    Thanks for your advice!

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt

Although I agree with you, wasn't Mozart already a phenomena at 5 ? I doubt he learned the violin by himself, his parents, probably his father, would have pushed him.

  • @goodlink650 His first piece was written at the age of 5 actually :) (Andante in C I believe)

  • @shenkeey

    Thanks !

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt Why the "hell" can't you appreciate the talent of a 9 yr old and awe at what she will grow to be. The size of a body should not hold anyone back from achieving their desires.

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt i agree with your comment but im when you say ''however simple it may seem'' are you calling this a simple piece to play? or it just a simple name?

  • Comment removed

  • @george4mon I definitely didn't want to say that it was easy! In this case I meant that some people could consider "the moonlight" a simple theme for a child to play. But I don't think this composition is for children, at least not for such young ones.

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt thats what i thought you meant i just wanted to make sure :)

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt jack ass

  • @SquidLYDD Oh my. I watched the video today after some time and I have to stand up for myself. There are many mistakes and skipped tones, and so I ask: why? Why doesn't she play something that she'd be able to play technically?

Playing an easier composition very well is always better than trying to manage a hard one with problems.

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt STOP hating!!! What's the problem? it's music... Relax!! When I was her age I loved this piece... So surely she does.

  • @Plzenskej26jogurt

    Thanks for your advice!

  • beautiful piece, wonderfully played!

  • Thanks!!

  • Amazing! The only word for it. Keep up the good work kid XP.

  • Thanks!!

  • she played it perfectly notewise but as a song it held no substinence because there is exprience and depth that come along with sadness and triumph that this song consists of

  • thanks!

  • So cute, I bet if she sits down she couldn't touch the pedal which makes it even cuter lol.

  • Thanks!

  • lol this is is something advanced students learn. When I was her age my most difficult piece was Star-Spangled Banner.

  • Thanks!!

  • im very very impressed! :)

  • Thanks!!

  • wooow!!!!

    this is soo good...

    unbelivable that she's 9 ....

  • Thanks!!

  • wow! this girls is extreemly talented. well done to her. its not an easy piece but i think she played that brilliantly:).

  • This little girl plays admirably. She is graceful and amazing. It has a huge talent potential.

    Congratulations Yuki.

    Admiration d'une française. : = )

  • Thanks for your comment!!!

  • Just out of curiosity, how many keys can she reach?

  • barely an octave :-)

  • u may be small but u could still master this piece!! i am most astonished!

  • Thanks for your comment!!

  • Good work:-)The rythm is a little bit strange, but go on,in the future you could be great!

  • Thanks for your comment!!

  • holy $HIT

  • Your a very talented girl. I wish you the best of luck with this gift you have.

  • Thanks for your comment!!

  • My goodness! Yuki, your music is lovely and moving...your hands are like gentle birds floating, fluttering, and gliding over the ocean and fields...I am very touched by your

    art.

  • Thanks for your poetic comment!!

    I am very glad.

  • Yuki, this one of the most touching videos that I have seen. Of course, your hand are yet too small to play the chords or octaves, but your interpretation, especially at the end of the piece, is so musical, so intense and beautifull, that I'm keeping it as favorite. You are a true musician, Yuki!

  • Thank you very much.

I'm most honored by your comment.

  • Thank you for your prompt comment!!

    (I uploaded this video 1hour ago,though!!)

It's very hard for me to play octave, but

    I love this tune!!

  • Yuki, you have amazing talent!
