@angeldoxie1 it would be a great figure if your not extremely short. I highly doubt you would be anorexic as im a guy and my measurements are 32 27 29 and even being 6'2" im not that thin. Im guessing you would be thin/curvy kind of like tyra banks.

Work out, 100 sit ups and push ups every day. You can split them up throughout the day. Run around the block a few times everyday. Eat fruits and vegetables everyday, make sure you don't eat more thank 3,000 calories a day. Limit your self to going out to eat. You don't need to diet or make yourself throw up. Do this everyday for a year, which sounds like a long ass time but if you are motivated to do it and believe in yourself you can. Don't be like those fucking retards in the video who star

@majikkool200 dude, starving yourself puts your body into starvation mode, that means it STOCKS UP on fat... so its healthyer to eat 3 meals per day, but use portion controll, lots of water, and exercise and you should see the weight come off.. obviously it will take time, but its so much healthyer than starving yourself
Bulimia and anorexia lead to: the changing of your metabolism which makes it slower, as well as weaken the lining in your throat and binge eating can rupture your stomach wall. The acid in your mouth weakens your teeth and they can start to fall out. Malnutrition leads to so many other problems in the body. The bad outweigh the good, because there is no good in this. It's a psycological disease that can be overcome by accepting your beautiful body and helpful friends, and flipping off Hollywood.
i am a 5"9 13 year old girl and i weigh 162 pounds. I have thought of starving myself, making myself throw up and everything else to be skinny. My freind who is 5"6 (ish) is also 13 but weighs 145 lbs. We both want to be skinny. But then i realized that, skinny is just an apperence to fool someone to thinking your someone your not. Not only does Barbie have an unrealistic figure, she has an unattainable one. As well as having a neck twice as large as a normal humans and being unable to stand, if Barbie were real, she would have major organ dislocation and would only be able to hold a few inches of bowels in her gut, causing her to quickly die of severe diarrhea and undernourishment. The reason she would be unable to walk would be because her calves are too large and her back wouldn't be able to support her own body.
I remember my freshman year, when I was anorexic. I was so so small. I found clothes from that year a few weeks ago. At first I was like: god why can't I be skinny like that again. But then I realized how miserable I was then. And I thought differently.
I would like to know since anorexia is debatable whether it be for vain purposes or not, why the majority are female? Is it really just mental or is there something else triggering it? Is it both? Again if it is part of a disorder (which I believe it is), why are the majority usually almost always female?

If someone were simply vain and wanted to loose weight, they would have the ability to see that they were killing themselves and that degree of "skinniness" isn't just unhealthy and deadly, it's not natural. I know this sounds insensitive of me but this disease is something that can only be caused by this generation and where we live in the world.Back in prehistoric times nobody had mirrors there was no clothes that were too big too small and nobody cared how they looked.In third world countries TODAY people look just like that but it's because they have no access to food.Its spoiled teenagers,Im a teenager and I am plump but I wouldnt even bother because I cherish the food I am so lucky to have!
