  • I am lithuanian.

  • Classic!! ;D

  • can someone actually talk about the MUSIC!?

  • UH !

  • WTF is up with all these idiots commenting about German's being Nazi's? Oh so you're American you're so much better than German's because of the Nazi history? Didn't "Americans" sell slaves and segregate blacks for hundreds of years, not to mention commit mass genocide on the Native Americans? If you tally up the number I think that accounts to more than 6 million people that you've slaughtered. Oh, and before you ask, I'M AMERICAN!!! The difference is I know our shit stinks like anyone elses.

  • @llieske

funny because most electronic genres like house and techno have american origins. These Europeans sample mainly american artists then talk shit about us.

  • @echoplex89

At the moment i'd prefer talk shit about you stupid comments.

How can you be so affirmative about music origins ?

Early electronic music from Europe and America are very different... There are both origins and fortunately it's not so simple as you pretend it to be !

Get your head out of your asshole you 're not the universe center !

  • @2bakJ

meh, I should be more specific because what I meant was that people were mostly copying African American culture/music. Everyone does it here, and so did the English.

Most contemporary music genre's, especially, soul, gospel, rnb, techno, house, rock, have origins in black culture.

  • @llieske

I'm not a white American, but those atrocities were mostly committed by Spaniards, French, Portuguese, and British and their colonist immigrants.

Togo, Namibia, Cameroon, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania were all colonized for a 30 year period by Germany as well. I don't think they liked that.

I don't think Europe has ever apologized for Imperialism or the murder of native people and mistreatment of black people. Much of America's population is of German descent anyway.

  • @echoplex89 As is mine. I'm about 80% German, the rest mostly Polish and Lithuanian. My dad speaks fluent German, drives me nuts that I can't speak hardly any.

  • @llieske well said sir well said

  • The chemical brothers changed their name prior to Leaving Planet Dust. This is the Chem bros... This is the song that made them what they are today. Without this they wouldn't have been known.

  • I'm German American, I think it's pretty funny to be called a Nazi. I'm Irish too, so it makes me a Drunk Nazi.....which kinda suits me well.

The Slovak part of me just means I've got a huge cock. Oddly, no one ever makes fun of that one.........;)

  • Starbeats :D

  • glasto coverage brought me here

  • i didn't get it, is this chem brothers or what?

  • @slisbtor4ok No this is the Dust Brothers.

  • @chailizard hahahahahahahahahahaha!

  • no! they had to change their name. because there is another group called The dust brothers (fight club sound track dust brothers)

  • WIPEOUT OST :D

  • Wow.. how this one takes me back - many many good memories - thanks :)

  • Beyond genius... beyond it. Pump it up and play it load and listen to the mid tones and 7ths!!!! Fcukin pure classic.

  • this song iz so fuckin genius

  • Fuck i love this song

  • wait a sec.... Dust Brothers, the ones who composed the soundtrack for fight club are Chemical Brothers?????

  • @MilleniumOfSnow NO....The Chemical Brothers were originally called the Dust Brothers but they decided to change their name

  • should bought this on vinyl!!!!! where have these gone? wheres the fat beats?

  • Fucking.

    Excellent.

    Acid.

    House.

  • @fredfredburgerdude this is not House. It's called Big Beat

  • @Voitzify Duh. 'Fucking excellent acid house' is the sample @1:49.

  • some funky ass shit

    I LIKE IT

  • @LIONELLO88 Or just use utorrent like the rest of the smart people. But i cant blame you for taking advantage of free advertising.

  • Awesome I'm still trying to get a copy as the 'Dust Brothers' I got my 'Song to the siren' Original for £15.00....what a steal.

  • @H4NDCRAFTED I had to order mine it costed $22.89 us dollars.

  • @BIueCameI It is so awful to have to pay $22.89 usd when unemployed in Germany. ★★★★☆

  • @newtubetubetube You should come to germany and call people natzi's like you did me and see what happons. See unlike you stupid Americans some Germans take pride in who they are. We don't go to peoples favrites and troll every video. We also don't let trash walk all over us. But thanks to the internet pussys like you are free to spread your hate and filth all the way accross the world. It's to bad your mom didn't abort she would of been doing the world a favor.

  • @BIueCameI I love Germany.

  • @BIueCameI d00000000000000000000000000d u r too crazy

  • @BIueCameI But you Germans make videos of you shitting on women. You sick bastards!

  • @BIueCameI

It's "Nazi." And your English is almost as bad as your German.

  • @BIueCameI

My grandfather killed more than a handful of Germans. It's a shame he couldn't take out more. Maybe the U.S. should have let Russia have all of Germany after the war. "You should come to Germany and call people Nazis"? You all deserve any negative energy you get.

  • @destroythebrain83 You cant blame the present generation on the past generations mistakes, different set of people, it was 70 years ago. Are you taking blame for the mass killing of the native Indians? I thought not, stop being such an ignorant, short sighted fucker.

  • @destroythebrain83 - meh, you guys are in debt $43k per person. Better start speaking Chinese if you want to beg for money :)

  • @BIueCameI I'm an American, but I take more pride in my German heritage than my nationality.

  • @BIueCameI Most americans have a habit of brining up the past and trying to use it as a tool to show amazing and great their county is. America is all about freedom? correct? America is the most government run country in the world soon they will be only able to view certain web pages that the American government approves. Last time i checked the internet wasn't owned by anyone... Don't get me wrong i don't have anything against any nation. I just don't like how some people can be so blind.

  • @strength7726 IF YOU DID YOU just got a virus and a shit quality mp3...congrats!

  • the original dust brothers are the ones that made the beastie boys all funky n shit. they were there first so they changed to the Dust Bros.

  • Comment removed

  • Lads and lassies; press pause.

This is the track. This is the vibe we rocked circa 91-94. And if you didn't know? Now you know.

  • LOOOOK!! written, recorded mixed & produced by. yours truly.

It aint Dust brothers the producers (E.Z. Mike & King Gizmo) . Thats why they named their debut album EXIT PLANET DUST, after the original Dust bros threatened legal action over the use of their name, they changed it to The Chemical bros. DONT YOU MOFOS USE WIKI?

    Dust Brothers=Producers King Gizmo & E.Z. Mike

    The Dust Brothers= Pre-Chemical Bros= Ed & Tom.

  • This is The Chemical Brothers...they were forced to change their name in the early 90s. Anybody saying otherwise is wrong. Lol.

  • Every time I hear this song I always end up OD'ing on speed and fistfighting in the streets.

  • Come on people, know your facts. The Chemical Brothers called themselves The Dust Brothers for some time, and then changed it when the ORIGINAL dust brothers (this group) threatened legal action. This is the original Dust Brothers, who also wrote the score for "Fight Club". This isn't the Chemical Brothers.

  • @MSISOAD Wait WHAT??

I am confused.. so there are chemical brothers and dust brothers right?

wait so are you saying that this is not chemical brothers and this is dust brothers?

because I recognize this song from one of the chemical brothers's albums

  • @krazycore Yeah, I think I was mistaken about that. There are indeed a "Dust Brothers" and a "Chemical Brothers" that are different, but this track is not by the "Dust Brothers." This track is from when the "Chemical Brothers" used to call themselves the "Dust Brothers", so yes, it is the "Chemical Brothers." The Dust Brothers are a different group.

  • @MSISOAD Thank you!

  • @MSISOAD It depends. The "Dust Brothers" and the "Chemical Brothers" are the same band. The album 'Exit Planet Dust' was inspired by the change in name.

The confusion comes in because there was were two music producers that went by the same name. I'm not entirely sure but I think there were some threats of lawsuits if the band didn't change their name as their popularity grew.

  • @geilt715 your right about the lawsuites i saw them at "THE HAS" just before they changed there name i paid $12 and they only did a 45 min set

  • Comment removed

  • @MSISOAD correct is saw them when they were the dust brothers

  • They called themselves The Chemical Brothers for some time to honor another band.

But they were threatened by lawsuit and they had to change name. They were then called The Dust Brothers. That`s damn right.

  • ooooooooooooooooh yeah...gimme a cigar, man

  • WIPEOUT

  • @k0sha no your right this is dust brothers :D

  • Its Chemical brothers, not Dust Brothers :)

  • @vandall14 No it's not, Can't you read the vinyl? Unless this is a remix by Chemical Brothers which I haven't heard they've done.

  • @vandall14

Dust Brothers are Chemical Brothers. They changed name in 1995!!

  • @calamitadicasini no its two differrent bands

  • @vandall14 its dust, come on people its two diff bands...

  • the back barn at the Edge.

  • @DBRGroup Yes they were I was there as well dude lost his jacket.

  • Amazing track !!! but was this not the B side and called '14th Century Sky ' ? still love it !!!! :0)

  • Did ya' know that if you mix stump remover, baking soda, and sugar, Then cook it you can make a smoke bomb?.....Something to think about.

  • Drumsample: THE WORM!!!

  • LEKKER.......

  • pukka track

  • oh my god!! I'm feeling young again!!!!!!!

  • so cool drumbeat

  • I was going to say... This is the Chemical Brothers, and it's on an album I have of theirs legit. But then I read fleabag008's comment, so I understand now. Fuckin good song.

  • A sample from this track was used in the album The Dirtchamber Sessions Volume 1 by The Prodigy. Track #1 Intro Beats, Tonto's release. From the 2:00 mark.

  • @Telusion why yes it was lol. that is also one of the greatest albums ever btw if I can remember "tonto's release" isn't actually sampled, it's punk shock by rasmus

  • Wow i wonder how much an original dust brothers single would be worth, before the name change

  • I'd like to know also - I got two!

  • Top tune, from the original Wipeout PSX game too

  • Great Track !!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • not my cup of tea this shite but i respect you all for havin ur tunes anyway :)

  • said the guy who loves panic at the disco....with naked men.

  • Check out Temphuibis 2009

  • so hang on, the chemical brothers used to be know as the dust brothers?

  • ahh the chemical brothers ^-^..so why did they change there name??

  • They said they wanted to change there name so they could start a 'new-chapter' of their music careers. Possibly so they could change their style of music from what they did in the dust brothers as well!

  • I think they were getting sued by the original dust brothers.

  • ther wos an american act called the dust brothers i think so legal issues may have come into it

  • yeah dust brothers are a couple american producers have produced for beck and the beastie boys among others threatened a lawsuit if the chemical brothers didnt change their name

  • The Chemical Brothers and The Dust Brothers are different.

Tom Rowlands Ed Simons of The chemical brothers had used the name " Dust Brothers" as a tribute to a producer duo of the same name.

They had to change it to " Chemical Brothers after a lawsuit. Phew.

Dust Brothers are E.Z. Mike (Michael Simpson and King Gizmo (John King). The soundtrack for Fight Club was made my these guys, not chemical brothers !!

  • This reminds me of NASA I miss the those days of raves

  • On the 26th September 2009 the video of Pulsariffic Current is released.

If you like all things electronica and retro games then check out Temphuibis

  • No doubt. On the stage and out back by the fire.

  • the first rule is: you do not talk about fight club!

  • his name is robert paulsen

  • His name is Robert Paulsen.

  • Comment removed

  • His name is Robert Paulsen.

  • @2minuteparody Wrong Dust Brothers. This is the Chemical Brothers (British) not Dust Brothers USA.

  • @F3rgul first they were the dust brothers, but they change it to chemical brothers after a proces...

  • @F3rgul dust brothers and chemical brothers are the exact same 2 guys makin' their shit - rowlands and simmons! they were dust untill 94 or so and then changed into chemical! GET IT?

  • it is a true belter

  • ZAZZLE. COM/FACTORYPROJECT

  • the chemical bros. called themselves the dust bros. as a tribute to the american producer duo the dust bros. but changed name when threatened with lawsuit.

  • @3lullabies thats sad lol, they call them selves dust brothers as a tribute to the other dust brothers and then they threaten to sue em, lmao

  • @3lullabies ... with that said ... the chemical brothers had proven to be unparalleled. Admit it :)

  • This is pretty good, but it is shameful in the sense that people confuse this group with the producer duo called Dust Brothers who did the soundtrack to Fight Club and produced Tenacious D and Beck album(s).

  • tenacious D sucks.. jack black is not funny

  • wrong, dont know why im replying to a jack black comment while im attempting to listen to music but wteva

  • R.I.P chemical brothers they got rich sold out and fucked off

  • Long live the Sell outs!

  • yeah who needs money!

  • This song was in the official Wipeout game soundtrack way back in 1995 :D

  • We used to pick this track so much playing Wipeout that it was the only one that started to jump and skip. Annoying!

  • I always picked out Cardinal Dancer. My CD never started to skip though, still works like a charm. Wipeout is an awesome awesome game, hell the whole series is great. My favorite though is 3, it balanced looks and gameplay perfectly.

  • AMAZING song!!!!
