Sergeant Stephen Liczbinski was one of the most corrupt Philadelphia cops in the history of the department. Considering that Philadelphia has the most corrupt police force in the history of the United States that's saying a lot. The world is better off without Sergeant Stephen Liczbinski, he contributed nothing and only took. I wouldn't be surprised if Sergeant Liczbinski beat his wife and family like a pinata. He was a sad, violent little man.

This video honors a violent felon, not a hero. This thug pig was present when other pigs robbed and falsely arrested me about two blocks away. He did nothing to help me. Good riddance to him and all other pig scumbags, including another pig who later died two blocks away.

Using the aforementioned set of data, assuming a proportional distribution of felonies committed by cops arrested and those not, one could logically conclude that 60% of cops are criminals. That percentage is probably 100% if conspiracy and aggravated perjury are counted (re: the blue wall of silence.)

I used to hate philly cops..Cause i had previously been arrested for purchasing heroin..However on the night of july 27th 2005 i was hit from behind with the butt of a gun that cracked my skull..The gunmen then proceeded to drag me out of my car when an alert philadelphia patrolmen drove by on top of the block an held the perpetrator at gunpoint..

I was in a haze but he had a conspirator with him to..When they caught him his gun was cocked with one in the chamber..Dont berate these officers.
