  • I'm gonna sue you guys! Your product killed my fish.

  • also, i never start out clipping or sanding my dogs Back Feet, you should start out with the front paws so they can see you actually doing it, not just hear the sounds of it...

  • Pedi Paws works great for me and my dogs! if your dog scrathes or trys to hurt you and struggle, its your dog not Pedi Paws, alot of the dogs that it is for have to have been trained from pupppies to be easy with there paws..

  • This product has worked really well with my 2 dogs, I have one that actually goes into a panic state with clippers and the other one does allot of growling and requires a muzzle, then came along the Pedipaws and omg what a difference, calm as though not much is happening, it takes allot of time and patience because it's just sanding down, so if the nails are long be patient or do a bit at a time on a weekly basis. no more sedatives and no more muzzle, thank you pedipaws.

  • i used it on my bunny and she loved it

  • Actually, even trainers use the term 'alpha'. Especially the good ones. What you're probably referring to is the current dislike of dominance theory for correcting behavior. (where the dog gets pinned to the ground.) But no trainer would tell you there shouldn't be an alpha, and that the alpha shouldn't be human. ;) Do some homework.

  • Alpha smalfa, consult a proper dog trainer then listening to people still talking about alpha crap which was invented by Walt Disney.

Preferably look for a dog trainer that is a member of the American pet dog trainers association. There is an UK and Canadian version as well.

  • AH sorry I'm gonna shoot my brains out cause of the "Who let the dogs out?!" song. RAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

  • quiet motor my ass.

  • I started using this on my kitten and give him treats for positive reinforcement. It definitely takes the edge off those kitty talons and because of his age, just thinks this is part of his life now. I can also trim his nails with a cat nail trimmer because he is used to the whole routine...bottom line, think its best when they are babes...cant imagine an older pet sitting still for this.

  • I tried this on my dog and he tried to kill me. Thanks Pedi Paws!

Thankfully, I got it for less than 20 dollars.

  • I only gave $10.00 for mine and it wasn't worth $1.00..lol

  • I just got it for 5$ an it dosnt even work on my chihuahua what a wast of money

  • just bought mine today for 10$ : /

used it on my bullpit puppy she didnt like it at first but then she got used to it once i gave her treats everytime she let me trim a nail

  • this product does work . it just dpends on how you do it . my dog loves it .

  • I got one used for $2 and tried it on my Great Dane who hates getting his nails trimmed. It would have worked if only he stood still. Hold him down? Good luck!

  • @CaptainKimba lol pinning down a great dane.. lol

  • THIS SUCKS!!! I have a Golden Retreiver. And it stops on its own!!!! U can't do SH*T with it!! Don't buy it!!!!

Unless, i guess, you have a small dog...

  • I got one the other day...Mine said that it automatically stops if you put too much pressure on the nail..kinda of a fail safe. Maybe yours is a little touchy... take it back, exchange it and give it another try.

  • I just take a cordless Black&Decker drill with a semi-worn out sanding bit on the end, stick it under the tip of my dog's nails, and go to town...

    Yeah, I'm a redneck... lol

  • I bought this today but I haven't used it yet..I might return it due to the horrible reviews (which most of the time mean nothing) but the lady even said it eats batteries an I don't want to waste money....as far as filing the dogs nails with a regular file..like someone said..IT WILL TAKE U FOREVER,that's beyond cheap!! Also I only paid 9.99 for my pedipaws not 20bucks but ima gonna return it an buy an electric nail drill for humans with a wall cord. From cvs or walgreens or something.

  • if you file often and dont let the nail get overly long it dont take any time at all to file them and keep them short. i used to give my last dogs nails a quick run over with a emery board once a week. i never had to clip his nails at all:) right now iam training my new pup to accept the emery board so that i will never have to use the clippers and risk cutting her quick. its just so hard to find it with dark nails:(

  • why buy this when you can just file their nails? same thing. pedipaws: $20

    nail file: $2

  • thats what i use with my dogs, a nail file. it takes alot of patience to accustom a dog to sitting for it, but if you start them as young as possible with lots of treats and praise its easy to do. some people say it takes forever filing them manually, but if you dont let the nails get too long in the first place it only takes a few minutes. pedipaws CAN grind into the quick if you go too far, but filing by hand you can FEEL the texture changes in the nail tissues and avoid injury all together:)

  • Great, i just bought one, and my 2 dogs bit my hand. THANK supid pedipaws

  • @mdsae If both of your dogs bit you, you have a dominance issue that is greater than pedipaws. Anyone who is not the alpha in the pack gets bit. Guess where you stand. Give the dogs to someone who will train them.

  • its hit and miss with pedi paws some dogs love it some don't my dog hated it but now he loves it its a product that takes time for the dog to get use to it.

  • ok i bought this yesterday and ma pomeranion hates it so i was looking at it and it could be a great nail file for acrylic

  • Thanks for posting this, you made up my mind that I should buy a dremel for my Akita

  • Or u could just train your dog to get their claws trimmed.

  • I tried using this on my dog and he scratched my face. I now have a manly scar. Thanks Pedipaws!

  • Glad I found this video. I almost bought this piece of garbage. I wonder if it would work on stiff nose hairs?

  • or u could just use regular clippers for 6 bucks....

  • I got mine for $5... flea market!

  • HA! i got mine for 6 bucks.. "flea market" its pretty good deal whether youre gonna use it or not but i dont use it to my dog shes terribly scared of it..

funny part is my dad uses it. lol

  • I just called there office and said exactly that! The batteries die soo quickly. I told them they need an AC adapter so it has full power all the time. Dremel is a way better tool. As far as hold down the dog. That's what I have to do with my pitbull unfortunately. She HATES being groomed in any way.

  • A dremel is so much easier to use. I couldn't see what I was doing with the PediPaws. The big orange casing gets in the way. Not to mention, it's loud and bulky. You can get a Mini Mite dremel at Wal-Mart for the same price, just be careful and make sure to use it on the low setting and don't let it sit on the nail too long.

  • My baby doesn't even squirm. It stops filing when you put too much pressure on your pet's nails- This is a good thing. You don't want to file too much at first! It's a good product- BUT, I don't like that it only comes with 1 extra file head, what... do i need to spend another 20 bucks just to get it?

  • Wished I would have researched this one first. It was a total waste of $20. Great concept. My dog wouldn't stay still long enough. I agree. I will try the dremel.

  • Please don't waste your money... this company is getting rich by selling a piece of crap for 20$... it's awful, believe me... in the commercial they simply don't turn it on

  • that persons not a vet, like wtf their an actress....actor??

  • I just got mine from Hong Kong. Only bought for $11. Okay, what do I have to say about it? Not as great as I thought it was. It takes too long to shorten my dog's nails! If I put a little bit more pressure on it, the drill stops spinning. It's annoying. I heard from my friend that it eats up a LOT of batteries. Well so far, mine is still okay after drilling 3 dogs & 7 puppies. I'm still using the normal clippers to cut off the tips & then only smoothen the nails with the pedipaws.

  • I was going to buy this product the other day at a store for $20. but looked it up, I've been seeing nothing but bad things, from people being ripped off to animals getting hurt, written about it, I'm glad I researched it first! ALSO... I never buy from TV, I always wait to see if the product comes to stores [usually for much less] that have a return policy!

  • I bought this product for my Chihuahua. He was not afraid of it, and actually tried to make it his new chewy toy. Using a DREMEL instead! GENIOUS!! why didnt i think of that! I could have saved the $20. HELLO! :) 5stars on the video. wish i had looked it up sooner.

  • Aww jeez. I wish me, and my mom knew this before we bought it ( which was about an hour ago ), because now we're unsure if we should be using :O

  • sooooooooo it sucks dick

  • i just bought his and it sucks

its super loud and my puppy is scared of the noise

  • We have the same problem. Both our Golden Retriever and German Shepherd hate the noise it makes.

  • I know

its a good idea but bad product

  • My dog looks just like that one. Boxers ftw!

  • both of my cats hate this nail trimmer an we do have to hold down them

  • Yeah, my dad can't get the dog's nails done because he keeps gettin' scared of it. Even holding him down won't work!

  • Thanks for uploading this...

  • I ahve one of those nail buffers, maybe I should try that on my kittens they hate the manual clipper

and fanta your a moron for your putting your nail into the machine. its like sticking your toungue into a fan

  • Its horrible. I regret buying this. The speed is so fast, that I even put my nail & it hurts. Trully disappointed. ]=

  • lol

  • gross
