@bintasyllah Well the soup at the beginning with the noodle and meat is Luggman and the meat on the stick is Shashlik (like souvlaki). The large round breads (which are SO delicious!!) are made in a stone oven and are called Lipoishkey, but the rest I don't know..
@bintasyllah And did you notice the bowls and plates have a lot of cotton pictured on them? They grow a lot of cotton there, when I visited (it is my home country, was born in Tashkent, I am Russian tho, not Uzbek) I went to some cotton fields and picked some to take home with me ^_^
i missed all these foods while i was in crimea
