Embedding A Video In Joomla

This video is proof of how inconsistent Joomla is and demonstrates that Joomla is a poor choice in a CMS. This tutorial will work for some Joomla Installs but will not work on most 1.5 and above installs.Good video and I hope this works for anyone wishing to add video.

As for me We are going to use WordPress because it is lightweight and does not have silly restrictions.
