Only when the button is pressed or passenger moves to door or when people in stop. When there isn't anyone and no one wants to exit drivers doesn't have to stop.
Tallinn's system is kind of better.. We have same but people on the stop must give a singal (wave hand) so bus driver knows that they are going to that line. and bus driver doesn't look is anyone moving to door, you must press stop button to get out. and only front door is allowed to come in so driver can check every passenger for ticket.
Does buses in Tallinn stop at every bus-stop or only when stop-button pressed/when there's peoples on stop?
