Mine doesn't have a clip that enables me to open and remove the power brush . Cleaning the brush compartment is almost impossible as there's no way to get all the gunk out.

There is not one cubic centimeter of steam or steam-cleaning associated with this device. Same goes for the Hoover SteamVac©. How misleading. They should be punished for this and have to change the name to No-Steam Vac. Absolutely No Steam .. that's right folks .. NO STEAM .. get yours now. Get it in ya.

i;ve bissel 2090,almost the same as it is,it worked well from last 5 months ,i use it once in a month but today it stopped sucking the water.i cleaned it thoroughly and washed the holes that might clogged but it did n;t work ,spray and motor r fine but just not sucktion.plz help.thx

Dear sir. I want to buy this mashine but PLEASE PLEASE answer me, do i need to vacuum with the regular vacuum cleaner BEFORE i use this one? Or it does everything??? Thank you very much!!!

You must ALWAYS vacuum with a normal vacuum prior to using any carpet cleaning machine. A vacuum will remove the majority of the large particles, hair, and other surface debris that will clog the carpet cleaner.
