His singing style now is less stress on his vocal cords so it's better that he sings this way. He still sounded amazing before but this way he isn't hurting himself.

He had his teeth adjusted, so they don't protrude too much, but if you compare him to the videos in 2005 concert, his mouth looks the same really... just less underbite.
nothing is wrong ... he's great... he's the best...
