You really beat him when you beat him with the lunia lens. on hard mode. you can do it. it's hard but fun.

I thought the Luna lens deals no offensive damage...? But im guessing it can still knock his swords back at him?

Yep that is it... you can beat most (all?) the bosses that way, I beat all the bosses with lunia once, and no sun for the pile driver for most (solar grenades rule!) but the final boss on hard? won't let you use solar grenades...
I can't get Muspell outside, I am on hard mode. FireTop Mountain is annoying!

XD the first time I played through the game on normal, I got lost in that level while trying to get muspell outside :B
