I read that they took out a few frames just to make it look like he ate the fly. It actually flew away. Why? I dunno. And I don't know why they want that fly in the picture either.

Were they filmed the picture, Tunisia I think, flys constantly try to get in peoples mouths to escape the heat. This just makes the film more real is how i see it.
