um what is the rusted scrap of armor for

where you get the renew and bubble spells? and that great axe weapon with the maximillian armor? is it unlocked further progress in the game like usually new stuff comes out in stores after passing a story mission, which im probably not there when it comes available to buy cause my players are lvl 60-70, i guess i lvled a little too much for the next mission i get that a lot for just in case purposes. or do you buy it off places to be discovered or last i can thin its a reward of a hunted beast?
