Hi I live in Finland..In my city it's almost impossible to find garam masala...I do have jeera and soonf but they are not as a seeds..they are powdered..can i use them instead of having seeds! all other things are ok....please help me..
why dont u used tomatoes in it? I mean ughh..I made pulao last friday without tomatoes and it was really bad??...i thought I didnt put tomatoes...but u r also not using it??
@hafeez587 When u add tomatoes tomatoes to pulao or any other rice dish, u cant keep the dish for long. It'll deteriorate. That's why no tomatoes. Perhaps for the taste you could adjust with garlic, ginger, celery stalks n other veggies with richer taste. Celery is good!
its really nicely done i like the way you cooked ..one suggestion if you take our some of the onion when u friend it and use as garnish then it will be good because we have used onion already in yakhni so i al right like this :) Hops all can do it more better look when serve. In total its really nicely done .loving it want it now lol
I made this last nite n was Realli pleased with the results. 4 years iv tried many diff ways t make tis rice bt tis recipie was by far the best! I cant wait t make it again bt wit lamb. Big Thanku 4 sharingx
I made chicken karhaye following another channel but i'll try this chicken paulao ok !! really i'll try it but its a request .. when ever u tell these ingridents in english !! tell them in urdu too :D u know cause i never did cooking so when i goto the market i cant say give ginger i hate say give lahsan or adrak now dont know what ginger is :D :P lolx pray i pass the tofel test haha
Hey yup ur welcome .. thanks to u who posted the videos.. just a request when ever u give a toturial like this please tell the urdu words of all the ingredients... u can add annotations or anything .. but please make it for urdu speakers too we men are in problems :P .. yeh need to know these things :D P:P
hi i made this today for me and my hubbie and i have to say it was delicious! i didnt have fennel seeds or sauf so added extra star anise. when i tasted the stock i knew the the rice would be great. thanks again.
isn't this the same as wat is called yakhni biriyani? its fantastically done. thanks a lot i have been looking for some easier method of doing this without going into squeezing the yakhni through a muslin cloth which is more time consuming.!
Ginger garlic paste turns green sometimes, it happens with anyone, it just means that there was some copper in the container where she blended or where she mashed the garlic and ginger, it has happened to me before, the color goes away after a while, it's perfectly safe to eat.
Hi SidAmina,I think the masalas were not enough, thats why the pulao became bland, plus the colour of pulao depend on the colour of fried onions.Try again & Im sure sec. time results'll be better.
Hi i know this could be alot of trouble for you but would you write down the ingredients as i have trouble understanding the vidio i am very sorry but if u can it will be nice.
the ingredients are already up for all our recipes, if you click on 'more info' on the top right of this page under the date, you will get them.. hope that helps
Assorted garam masala can be any thing, whatever you have in your cabinet in garam masala bottle, take one of each. For example, cinnamon, clove, cardamom etc etc..
hey thanks it turned out very well.
