there is a better way. you go bribe him, than you paralize him with a spell and then you press the button to see his inventory and take the money. but if you continue to go talk to him and bribe him and stealing from him again the amount of money he posesses will always increase

Yeah, with Game of the Year edition it doesn't seem to work, and not matter how may times I press the key, the console won't open. Why is that?

for people who said the concole wont show its becouse of visa its crap ..so to make it work go to start ..controle panel..sytem and maintenace ..device manager ...look for somthing like human intered devices ..press the + and list will show, disable the infrered reciver ..i did it and it works fine press ~ in game or ` and should work ..this works for fallout 3 if u play also
