I don't get it. They claim to have demands, but no one can tell us what they are. They want to change laws, yet they protest in NYC and NOT Washington DC. They claim to be "NON-violent", yet there have been numerous, Rapes, Thefts, Shootings, Suicides, and Assualts. They claim to be acting within the law, yet there have been thousands of Arrests. They have NO leader and NO clear Objectives. They claim to be the 99%, but we don't see 300 MILLON people out there. We see a few thousand, at best

@Event762 You apparently have not done your research. There have been thousands of arrests. and yet no holding arrests because standing on the street is not illegal. There are several clear objectives, and there is a point to not having a leader. No leader, no one person to get rid of to get rid of the group. They ARE the 99%. They represent it just as our congress is "supposed" to represent the whole of the US. If the rest of us could, we would, but being the 99% we don't have the resources.

@Event762 Give me proof there have been numerous rapes, thefts, shoots, suicides, and assaults. The overwhelming majority of the violence (Veteran injured in Oakland by police projectile) have been police overreacting, getting aggressive with protesters making a statement. The protesting is in-your-face, making the situation known to the public. The police will arrest those they perceive as aggressive. One incident in Oakland should not shape the image of a collective.
