If you got one piece of speach, just hear that speach completely or hear 1 minut before and 1 minut after of that speach to get the right context. same like if you got one piece of article just read 1 sentence before and 1 sentense after of that article to get the right context..isn't it..? Otherwise anyone can prove anything in this world..

@saheedmuhd thank you for the reply, the thing is that muslims claim that quran is perfect, and yet it can be applied in modern life, i just want to prove that is not the case , Quran is NOT perfect, and CANNOT be applied in modern life.
if you are in a war or whatever , it is now not exceptable to cut off the hands and legs, so that means verse 5:33 is violent, that means Quran cannot be used as a source of absolute moralities, as a lot of muslims claim. you have to admit that. thank you,

@saheedmuhd this is not a war, this is called a debate , there is nothing wrong with it, i might help you see something that you could not, I just want muslims to admit, that Quran is NOT perfect, and cannot be used as an absolute source for human moralities, in fact i am helping islam to survive longer, islam wont last in front of the democratic movement, either muslims do like christians and become less attached, or islam will vanish fast you think .... people wont except islam letterly.

@saheedmuhd Dear sir, thank you for the reply, when you claim that Quran is perfect, you dont have to read it cover to cover to prove otherwise, that is irrelevant, negation of perfection can be done in one verse only, 5:33 is enough proof that Quran is not perfect, just will you please tell me your opinion, do you really believe that verse 5:33 can be used now ? it fits modern life ? or you admit that Quran should not be followed letterly ...... thank you.

That you considered as the complete Quran..conclusions are making after studying the matters..Here you made conclusion even you didn't read properly..I can give you the translation of 5:32, 5:33, 5:34....atleast you just read what is saying in 5:33..

@saheedmuhd Dear sir, you did not answer my question ? verse 5:34 says that people that repent, you should not cut off thier legs and hands, which means it is ok to cut off the hands and legs for those that DO NOT repent ..... again I am asking you , please answer , is cuting off hands and legs exceptable in your mentality , if not , that means Quran is not perfect, if yes , you are sir then dangerous ... and you are not welcome in modern civilzed communities . . please make this point clear.

@saheedmuhd In most cases is WRONG, if there is execution, it must be as painless as possible, in USA they want to eliminate execution.. cutting hands and legs is called for me a barbaric torture,it is sooo WRONG, I am not with execution, but in case a man killed 10s of people,and the constitution says he should be executed, the execution should be painless and very fast .cutting hands and legs lead only to suffer , it is barbaric bahaviour,it is awful, anyway you did not answer my question?

The earth and sky, and all things in between them are created by one God, The creator of you and me, the only one God. The sun, earth, moon, stars and planets are moving in an order. They all are running smoothly as per the instruction of its creator.Likewise God commanded humans too a social order.

A lot of things we have to take into consideration in this issue. The purpose of giving punishment is not only the criminal deserves it, but also it is a warning to the entire society for a reminder. The execution can only be done by an Islamic state after the confirmation of the crime in front of a court.

القرأن فيه النفع بحسب الموضع و الزمان و القرأن ليس فيه ضرر
بل قال الله تعالى : (فمن اتبع هداي فلا يضل و لا يشقى ) لاكن بشروط وهي ان تفهم كلام الله جيدا دون تشدد او تطرف او تسيب و تفهمه بوسطية و اعتدال و اتزان
