  • Amen brother.. Couldn't of said it better myself. I've also seen range safety violations where people let it go because they were afraid to get confrontational about it. It is sad we need this type of gospel preached, as you mentioned, we should all be professional gun owners/handlers. I will be sure to link this video for ya. Stay safe.

  • Say a person points a gun at you at a gun range, is that illegal? Isn't that threatening with a deadly weapon?

  • @AndrewXAnarchy generally a charge of 'brandishing' (here in Colorado) requires the intent to incite a particular state of mind (fear). If someone were to negligently discharge a weapon and hit someone else, they could be charged with negligent manslaughter or similar criminal charges. Hope that helps. - Kelly
