@crawler697 give me 5 more years so im the same age as that guy and i will, but im for sure not going to lable it a pull "up" because i know my directions.
btw ableteam totally kidding around, crawler697 cant take a joke. awesome vid
I actually have heard that there is a new country which will use the human flag as a flag. They are currently testing out hundreds of human flatters around the globe man.
such an amazing move really , i can do the same but 10 pull ups its KILLS :P im gonna post a vid soon when im able to do all kind of bar-hold stricks , what others can u do? btw how long have u been trying to do it to get it right?
I'm not saying this is easy, but when you do this at the angle you are doing it at, ur more
At like a 130 degree angle then a 90 degree. by doing that your upsetting the center of gravity which in turn centers it more towards ur chest. Which will put the strain on your arms more then the full body or ur abs.(which the abs is what makes this trick hard) but it makes it so it's between doing handstand push ups and the flag pole trick. Just saying. U still have an amazing talent
@harry5136 for me [ right handed] right lower is best but i can't even hold myself with the left hand lower not sure though what's better just saying that this works for me and i hope same does for u :P
Seriously dude, u have inhuman strength!! It's inspirational to see this, makes me wanna train harder! Do you just train with your own bodyweight? Or with help of free weights too?
wow! That's known to be one of the hardest "exercises" to get down. Your description says you do it sloppy, but I thought it was damn good. Chuck NOrris is indeed jealous.
@ableteam hey, what is your stomach routine. im on a quest to get a strong core. what do you think of p90x ab ripperx; is there anything better? because it is too easy for me now, im looking for something more challenging and it looks like your a pretty fit dude.

@pennthebaker - Man, are you really that dense or are you faking it? You think I would quote the definition of humor if I wasn't joking, and THEN follow up with an XD laughing smiley? Seriously. If you're going to be hostile and rude, at least make it somewhat intelligent. And if you're angry at this, that's fine. Assuming I don't have a sense of humor because I call a lame joke lame is about as intelligent as claiming that all firefighters are fat because you saw a fat firefighter. Sheesh...
@Gudeman1610 - What, are you a troll, too? Seriously. The internet is the only place a person can criticize something or somebody, get criticized for criticizing, and then, once they respond without the standard "F*** you" and actually with a punctuated and grammatically sound statement, they get criticized again... for, uh... using English grammar and -gasp- that horrible thing called a "vocabulary." Tsk tsk. How dare they... and here I was thinking that we were past all that nasty school stuff
@Gudeman1610 - Seriously, dude. Are you trying to act like a troll or am I simply misinterpreting what you're saying? My nose isn't and wasn't in the air... I was being criticized for "not having a sense of humor"... on youtube no less. Stop harassing me, man.
I dont understand how that could be beneficial in any physical activity. In what ways could you apply that motion under any situation? Just playing the devils advocate here. Nonetheless, it shows great amount of core strength.
This is more of a party trick than anything, though you do see circus performers who use the chinese poles doing them pretty frequently. I learned this in high school after seeing a kid do it at a bus stop. Always a crowd pleaser.
@lvnthedream88 I think it is more like any workout.. When you do pushups for example you develop pushing strength as well as muscle endurance which will help you in almost any physical activity. Any workout as well as free weights is usual in physical activity not bacause of the motion but the inceased abillity to excert force on objects etc.
@lvnthedream88 Well its as practical as handstand walking but the strength gained from these exercises could be used for practical purposes. Oh and if you doing any type of combat sport exercises like these would help tons.
@lvnthedream88 really, you don't see how beneficial this is in any physical activity? Do you look no further than 5 feet in front of you to view the world? This is great total body strength and control that can be used and appreciated in any sport. Snap out of it zombie.
@lvnthedream88 The human flag builds a tremendous amount of core strength, and develops the obliques and shoulders. Your shoulders are involved in pretty much everything you do with your upper body. You see a lot of people rip their biceps or pecs in the gym. This isometric movement will strengthen your tendons as much as your muscles preventing a lot of major injuries in the shoulder complex (if done properly.)
and even in your description you are completely honest stating that the form you used was easier and that you know what the correct form is thats honor not taking credit yet for something fully just because only a few can do it even sloppy.
