  • you could fuck up ur wrists like that so badly

  • Is this more about core strength than arm strength do you think? I'd love to know what kind of training these guys do to develope this strength.

  • @eebsy gymnastics duh, gymnasts are fucking beasts

  • @jajaja00000 What does "duh" mean?

  • @gbernard23 Thanks, mate.

  • @eebsy more on the core

  • How to train for this ?!?

  • Great job.

  • DAYM!!!!

  • its osama bin laden

  • @inline88 - That's not funny.

  • The sure sign of a strong man is one who can lift and press his own weight.

    Tough man ...

  • what the fuck! that's insane

  • thats fucking ridiculous

  • thats just his morning streches......

  • WOW MAD STRENGTH!

What kind of training did you do to be able to do that and how long did it take you?

  • That is all kinds of awesome!

  • daim you are buffolo!

  • daim your buffolo! :D

  • lol this looks impossible :P

  • to be fair, your not really pulling up...

  • @69keeb to be fair your an idiot...you see what he just did?? I'd like to see you do it

  • @crawler697 give me 5 more years so im the same age as that guy and i will, but im for sure not going to lable it a pull "up" because i know my directions.

btw ableteam totally kidding around, crawler697 cant take a joke. awesome vid

  • Awesome dude

  • I actually have heard that there is a new country which will use the human flag as a flag. They are currently testing out hundreds of human flatters around the globe man.

  • i see how hes doing it hes changing the direction of gravity at will

  • Great Video! Keep it up!

Check out my page, I just Posted a New PULL UP VIDEO!

  • This will come in handy when the world is attacked by unstoppable gale force winds and you have to get your workout routine done.

  • ya but you did it on p-bars with your body at a 45 try it on a pole way harder

  • You know obviously the whole gym is on its side and he's doing a regular pull up.

  • @pkman250 HAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAA. the end. :)

  • @pkman250 Hahaha Then walking on the wall at the end... OBVIOUSLY.

  • @pkman250 so hes walking on the wall then, retard ha ha

  • @jonahtakalua100 It's a joke. How does that make me a retard? You retard.

  • @pkman250 that means this guy is walking on the walls! beast!

  • Nice one mate.

  • How the?

  • I would classify this as showing off!

  • Impressive but slightly cheating with the top bar and not being horizontal. Still respect though!

  • i imagine the bar on top makes this a bit easier, but still impressive as hell

  • pull-sideways's

  • I can do this!

  • Of course u can use that in physical activity, have u never dived through a gate sideways, lol

  • Лучше б он не отжимался, а научился флаг нормально держать.

  • such an amazing move really , i can do the same but 10 pull ups its KILLS :P im gonna post a vid soon when im able to do all kind of bar-hold stricks , what others can u do? btw how long have u been trying to do it to get it right?

  • you're a beast.

  • My Rotator Cuffs are screaming in agony watching this. Kudos.

  • Not saying ur not good, but is it even possible to do this with both arms equally extended? I mean damn, that is crazy as is....

  • nice bro!

  • its all about positioning, buts thats still really good, thumbs up dude

  • I'm not saying this is easy, but when you do this at the angle you are doing it at, ur more

At like a 130 degree angle then a 90 degree. by doing that your upsetting the center of gravity which in turn centers it more towards ur chest. Which will put the strain on your arms more then the full body or ur abs.(which the abs is what makes this trick hard) but it makes it so it's between doing handstand push ups and the flag pole trick. Just saying. U still have an amazing talent

  • If your right handed which hand should be on the top?

  • @harry5136 for me [ right handed] right lower is best but i can't even hold myself with the left hand lower not sure though what's better just saying that this works for me and i hope same does for u :P

  • Chris Angel will top this anyday =D

  • all lower arm lol

  • Seriously dude, u have inhuman strength!! It's inspirational to see this, makes me wanna train harder! Do you just train with your own bodyweight? Or with help of free weights too?

  • hardcore !!!

  • hard ass shit man

  • nice abs bro :) wat work outs u do ?

  • great job!!

  • not a bad sx position

    ill try it

  • I do that with no arms.

  • that is almost scary

  • Thats power right there. Im going to start training for the human flag, it'll be sweet if i get by the end of the year

  • You Sir, Are a Badass!!

  • Gravity? Fuck that.

  • Now that is some hardcore shit. I wouldn't even try it.

  • wow! That's known to be one of the hardest "exercises" to get down. Your description says you do it sloppy, but I thought it was damn good. Chuck NOrris is indeed jealous.

  • Let me try that!

    *faceplants*

  • What type of workout do you do regularly mate?

    Love the vids.

  • you should tree do this with a turttle bewteen your legs.

  • Excellent. Really inspirational! Your clips always get me hyped up to hit the bars! Thanks!

  • Nice clean movement. Very impressive.

  • Jesus looks up to you. Chuck Noris looks up to you as well which is better than Jesus

  • haha out of all the comments I've ever seen to any of my videos this is my new favorite, thanks Jimbo

  • @ableteam hey, what is your stomach routine. im on a quest to get a strong core. what do you think of p90x ab ripperx; is there anything better? because it is too easy for me now, im looking for something more challenging and it looks like your a pretty fit dude.

  • @Jimbo69384 Chuck Norris would have done this with one arm!!!

  • @FussiOB Ya he could have haha

  • @Jimbo69384 What do you know about jesus? did you read about him or you just are talking without know a shit? first read a little of history before judge.

  • @chikaglobepan learn proper english/grammar while your trying to judge Jimbo on a joke :)

  • @Jimbo69384 Chuck norris looks up to no one, say that again and he'll get angry and delete the internet.

  • @MadKabwit Thats real

  • @Jimbo69384 agreed ^_^ this is pretty intense

  • @Jimbo69384

    Hehehe JESUS CHRIST....

  • @Jimbo69384

    Hehehe JESUS CHRIST....

  • @Jimbo69384 - uh, that's not at all clever...

  • @PatrickSmithPhD You must have no sense of humor,

  • @Gudeman1610 - Humor: The quality of being amusing or comic, esp. as expressed in literature or speech.

    XD

  • @PatrickSmithPhD I think you've just proved his point. You have none of it.

  • @pennthebaker - Man, are you really that dense or are you faking it? You think I would quote the definition of humor if I wasn't joking, and THEN follow up with an XD laughing smiley? Seriously. If you're going to be hostile and rude, at least make it somewhat intelligent. And if you're angry at this, that's fine. Assuming I don't have a sense of humor because I call a lame joke lame is about as intelligent as claiming that all firefighters are fat because you saw a fat firefighter. Sheesh...

  • @PatrickSmithPhD Yeah once again....... no sense of humour it seems. You're an angry litlle person aren't you.

  • @pennthebaker - You are simply a troll. What a sad way to bitterly misunderstand life.

  • @PatrickSmithPhD Clearly a lack of humour here i see.

  • @pennthebaker - Trolololololol.... dum dee dum

  • @PatrickSmithPhD There's a little bit of it.

  • @PatrickSmithPhD Got your nose pretty high in the air don't you?

  • @Gudeman1610 - What, are you a troll, too? Seriously. The internet is the only place a person can criticize something or somebody, get criticized for criticizing, and then, once they respond without the standard "F*** you" and actually with a punctuated and grammatically sound statement, they get criticized again... for, uh... using English grammar and -gasp- that horrible thing called a "vocabulary." Tsk tsk. How dare they... and here I was thinking that we were past all that nasty school stuff

  • @PatrickSmithPhD Let me guess, that happens to you alot doesn't it?

  • @Gudeman1610 - No. You're wrong. This is the second time it's happened in the last few years. Nice guess.

  • @PatrickSmithPhD Doubt it grammar boy

  • @Gudeman1610 - Seriously, dude. Are you trying to act like a troll or am I simply misinterpreting what you're saying? My nose isn't and wasn't in the air... I was being criticized for "not having a sense of humor"... on youtube no less. Stop harassing me, man.

  • @PatrickSmithPhD Jesus, how boring are you?

  • @Jimbo69384 I don't think so my...friend.

  • These are still a feat. I'm working on these myself. Kudos!

  • damnnnnnn!!! awesome!

  • great video

  • oh shiitt . .damnn

  • that guy looks like david belle

    but its not him lol

  • That was awsome

  • niceeee

  • amazing work, i would not want to piss you off

  • very well done

    quality over quantity

    ALWAYS

  • skills... and muscle!

  • yeah right

  • That's awesome!

  • at 0040 was cool with legs str8

  • damn, i wish i could do that, i'll be hecka buff

  • girls still wont talk to you

  • nice man

  • HOLY NUT SACK dudes buff

  • WOW

i hope i can do this soon

  • HOLY SHIT!

nice man :) i must try this out. or i wanna train till i do these

  • just amaaazing !! how long did u need to be able to do that ??

  • I dont understand how that could be beneficial in any physical activity. In what ways could you apply that motion under any situation? Just playing the devils advocate here. Nonetheless, it shows great amount of core strength.

  • This is more of a party trick than anything, though you do see circus performers who use the chinese poles doing them pretty frequently. I learned this in high school after seeing a kid do it at a bus stop. Always a crowd pleaser.

  • @ableteam what kind of exercizes did you use to get the kind of strength to do this in the first place?

  • it will help you when aliens force us do everything horizontally LOL

  • omg I laughed so hard when I read this

  • @lvnthedream88 I think it is more like any workout.. When you do pushups for example you develop pushing strength as well as muscle endurance which will help you in almost any physical activity. Any workout as well as free weights is usual in physical activity not bacause of the motion but the inceased abillity to excert force on objects etc.

  • @lvnthedream88 hmm.. Cartwheels, sideflips? Ideal for wakeboarders, snowboarders etc..

  • @lvnthedream88 Well its as practical as handstand walking but the strength gained from these exercises could be used for practical purposes. Oh and if you doing any type of combat sport exercises like these would help tons.

  • @lvnthedream88 really, you don't see how beneficial this is in any physical activity? Do you look no further than 5 feet in front of you to view the world? This is great total body strength and control that can be used and appreciated in any sport. Snap out of it zombie.

  • @lvnthedream88 actually every sport. Core strength is vital to all sports.

  • @lvnthedream88 its just for fun

  • @lvnthedream88 The human flag builds a tremendous amount of core strength, and develops the obliques and shoulders. Your shoulders are involved in pretty much everything you do with your upper body. You see a lot of people rip their biceps or pecs in the gym. This isometric movement will strengthen your tendons as much as your muscles preventing a lot of major injuries in the shoulder complex (if done properly.)

  • Amazing!

  • so make a video of YOU making it right

  • and even in your description you are completely honest stating that the form you used was easier and that you know what the correct form is thats honor not taking credit yet for something fully just because only a few can do it even sloppy.

  • Wow man out of everyone putting amazing titles on their videos and then not fullfilling even half of it. You are the first one i have come across that over does the title even as hard as hard as just the title sounds. Props to you Keep up the great work..

  • Wow, its hard enough just holding still but doing pullups is quite amazing.

    good job

    Feeling stressed, day been long;

    Chill the F out with 'THE JELLY SONG';

    Want a laugh?

    /watch?v=ikCZF1NaW5w

  • Woooooooooooooooooooo!

  • dang

  • lol, looks well weird!

  • Very impressive

  • i wish i could do that how do you do that ???

  • Excellent ;)

  • you should try to lower you body in an horizontal position...Still very good!

  • hella impressive..what sort of training does it take to develop that?

  • A Super strong core

  • How long did it take you to finally be able to do that? Is it alot of practice?

  • great job man

  • unbelieveable

  • What happened to this video????

  • WHAT?!?!?!?

    Dude that's crazy

  • goodshit man

  • i know this exercise uses your whole body but what are the prime movers and stabilisers? any ideas?

  • Primarily the lattisimus dorsi of the top arm and the medial deltoid of the lower arm. Surprisingly, I never feel this in my core muscles but it could be because of the relatively short time I am in the position. From this angle the pulling motion does not require much bicep strength because gravity is helping, but the pushing motion is very tough for the triceps. I think my tricep strength is my limiting factor here so I would suggest doing a lot of dip and pushup work.
