im doing this run in about a month. Looks like a really nice course so cant wait. Dont think i'll be competing with the likes of Mo Farah. That man is brilliant and an inspiration to british distance running. I'll be targeting sub 32mins, weather permiting

he is kick in ass 10k on 27,50 is unbelivable i do 39 min and im 11 and im never gonna do 27 min on 10k!!!
