However, if rules and regulations never worked, then Chesley Sullenburger would have probably not been so successful in landing his Airbus on the Hudson river. Everything came into play and was conducted as it should have been prescribed.

its fake because in that situation, the pilot would not have had a 3GDL indication and would have declared an emergency.. You would not see planes taxiing into position with an emergency declared on the field. it would be frozen. BTW 3 GDL means 3 green down and locked on landing gear (nose down on the runway).

I base my assumptions on what i have been trained to do. It has nothing to do with real world situations as it does the safety of others in another aircraft. That 747 was on an adjacent taxiway. If an aircraft is on approach to land and has no control, it is unpredictable as to what will happen when it hits the ground. Air Traffic Control freezes all ground traffic in real emergencies for this reason.
