Hi I've been practicing this song for a while now and I've noticed the tabs are different from where your fingers are moving (like in the chorus you use a barre) why is that? (I'm new to guitar by the way lol)

Hey I actually tab the song according to how I play it.

I do play a Bm barre chord in the chorus, and the tabs reflect it if you see which are the strings and notes I'm pressing :)

Hey Alfient, it's reflected in the tabs at the top that you're supposed to capo the 3rd fret to play the song in the same key that I did in the video.

It's up to you how you want to play it, but I played it higher 'cause the midi file played it in that key :)

I wrote the tabs out myself, without using guitar pro, in my own format. So they can't be imported into guitar pro.

It's up to you if you wanna use the capo or not. I used it because the original was played in that key, so I used the capo to attain that key. If not, I would have to play the song using different chords

Just curious, but it seems like the opening and your transition from the chorus into the verse is an eighth late. Hearing it, I definitely feel a note is off. If only I knew which key this is in and what note it is.

Otherwise, it's a wonderful arrangement and pleasant to listen to.

Yeah, it does sound off, but I guess that's how the song is played, cause i listened to it carefully. That's what made it a little hard for me to learn too actually, but I'm sure it's correct :P

Heh heh, I can understand that. Alright, I think I figured out a way to explain it. The song's time signature is 3/4. There are two notes that belong on beats 3 and the & of 3 that you're playing an eighth late so it jumps into the next measure. It's the F,F C, F D, F C, F Bb melody. Each F should start on beat 3 as an eighth, and the following note on the & of 3.

Well, I hope that makes some sense...If not, eventually I'll be able to explain it better.

The clip is just a capo which helps to transpose the key of the song. The melody will still be the same, but the key will lower, if you removed the capo
