As far as I'm concerned, O'Reilly won in part one of this clip. He had a logical answer for Letterman, something O'Reilly doesn't usually do, and he brought up the Iran factor which Letterman discounted. O'Reilly simply didn't answer for the flaws in his debate, & Letterman called him on that, but to say that he got owned is pretty far from the truth.

They do not have an unstable goverment, yes there were a few protests against potential vote cheating but there is riots in nearly every country, including the USA (to an even larger extent). Yes they are very powerfull but that should act as detterent and not a causus belli.

At every stage of the American involvement with Iraq innocent people have died. We armed them to die fighting against Iran, we aided the countries dictarship which led to civilian deaths by the regime and then used that backdrop as the backup reason to go in and kill hundreds of thousands of them in a war. The USA has been an absolute failure, both politically and militarily. I have never seen so many people relish in their own political failures as much as the Americans. Hideous.
