Here in India we have women only train compartments, and Ladies special trains during peak hours., Reserved seats for women in buses. Separate queue for women at cinema halls and separate parking space reserved for them. I think you should also remember that paygrades for men and women are equal. What that study is more reflecting is that women are often in lower paygrades than men. Why this is I don't know, possibly something to do with women taking on child baring roles at a ratio of 0.6:1 prior to advancing in job position? Idk, but its not to do with women getting paid less for the same job. In physical labor jobs women get paid more for doing less work in fact.

It is more in that direction in the US tho. Say Sweden for example, there it's 108%, 106% in France, 104% too in UK. 98% in Slovakia.

From what I've read, female on male domestic abuse is thought to be vastly under-reported, largely because of the embarrassment associated with asking the authorities for help when you've been assaulted by a woman. If I recall correctly it's thought that woman-on-man abuse may be more common than male-on-female abuse. That said, you were spot on for most of the video.

I think you should also remember that paygrades for men and women are equal. What that study is more reflecting is that women are often in lower paygrades than men. Why this is I don't know, possibly something to do with women taking on child baring roles at a ratio of 0.6:1 prior to advancing in job position? Idk, but its not to do with women getting paid less for the same job. In physical labor jobs women get paid more for doing less work in fact.

I think both movements should be gotten rid of and put into one. There is now a bad stigma attached to both sides. I could stand up for women's rights and be called a traitor and I could stand up for men's rights and be called a misogynist (same for women in the opposite way).
Technically, I could join both, but that would be assuming that they don't conflict with eachother. I think there is a certain amount of pettiness.
As such, I remain neutral. Call me the peace keeper :)

If a group claims to want to make all equal then it would be better to change the name 'feminist' into something else. No such thing as feminine or masculine b/c everyone's different (I know, you've read/heard that statement LOTS of time). Men doesn't necessarily mean short hair and hard muscles and women doesn't typically mean emotional and physically incapable; shouldn't categorize attributes. Also declaring you're a guy or girl doesn't support anything, males can support women & vice versa.
