It blew the militants to pieces, and killed civilians who were not in the school, but standing outisde watching the mortar attack. Hamas then hid the bodies of the militants and disappeared.

I heard on the news last year some fellow stated that the reason for the high civilian causalities was because terrorist organizations use the civilians as "shields" of some sort. Setting up rocket launchers in peoples front yards and firing them into Israel. So that was in effect Israel's excuse for the innocents death because they had "no choice".
I grew up wanting to be a Marine but after all this nations antics. Service no longer stands for fighting for humanity but seemingly to destroy it!
