nice m8 i have a savage x ss with the k4.6 and i was thinkin of kepin the k&n from my old hyper 7 before i sold it off but i realised that these arnt as good filters than the stock hpi ones so i sold it off with the cleanrs and what not with it. although you have somthin good on that the foam you stuffed in there should make a diffrence nice idea 5* vid m8

ye cos i made a foam insert for it from a spare filter

so if I stuffed it with foam inside will it work just like the stock filters, co'z I bash a lot on a dusty areas and my local track is pretty dusty too in some corners. co'z I got a bunch of those I just don't wanna go to waste by not usin it but am just glad I didn't bought it

Get rid of the air filter they aint designed for nitro engines, they are breather filters for 1.1 scale cars. They dont filter enough dirt and let dust into the engine.
