@howgetfreestuff Try to hold your arms a little less straight, putting a bit more of a bend in your elbow. The straighter your arm is, the more stretched out your bicep is and that can be stressful on it.Personally i just put a slight bend in my arm but everyones range of motion works a bit differently. if you find your arm isn't still holding the weights somewhat wider than 90degrees at your elbows then use a bit less. At that point your compromising your form.
after doing these sets, my forearms feel really sore, but other areas almost dont feel sore; it's almost like these are "forearm" work outs. am i doing something wrongly?
he says do this "nonstop and backto back" so if your doing that, constantly holding and gripping the weights keeps continual intensity on your forearms. Meanwhile your chest back and shoulders get breaks. I would start integrating regular forearm stretching before this workout and consider putting the weights down for a breath between certain exercises that really gas your forearms. This will ensure you can grip the weight long enough to work the bigger+ targeted muscle group

@Vi3tSk8r If you work out, and eat RIGHT (non processed foods), you can eat more, and gain more mass. If you kept your eating the same, and worked out, you'd likely lose body fat, but wouldnt gain much mass.

In 1:00 make shore the right dumbell is NOT behind the left dumbell or the left dumbell is not behind the right dumbell wen you lift them up, cuze then you will train different parts of your chest and they will look different. Look so they touch each other right every time so no one is behind the other.

In 1:00 make shore the right dumbell is NOT behind the left dumbell or the left dumbell is not behind the right dumbell wen you lift them up, cuze then you will train different parts of your chest and they will look different. Look so they touch each other right every time so no one is behind the other.
