I wish they would have had Cole explain himself to Phoebe, but they didn't do that. They act like he wasn't tricked and became the source willingly. They obviously did it this way to easily get him off the show because season 5 was Julian's last season.
Well he was tricked into becoming he source. He just thought he was going to be taken in the powers of the hollow then have them taken back. That damn seer. Lol
