A nurse told me to poor a cup of water down there every time you pee, especially when you have that. Works great and use wet ones. I know, it sux to be female because of periods and we're the ones that give birth too. I wish they had the Depo shot when I was younger. 50% of females periods STOP when taking this.

We similar in multiple ways. When I'm on my period,I practically live in the shower.I can't stand pads,the heavy flow,the mood swings,the whole sleeping problem NUN OF DAT & etc etc. But...In my point of view giving it up while you on you're period is very unsanitary. That is typically the time where your body is cleaning itself out and if you letting things into it at this time, that may cause some problems.
Pads are like diapers to me. They make me feel filthy. my flow is so heavy da 1st & 2nd day, that is a must that i wear a tampon & a pad both dayz. the pad is like the backup plan if the tampon leaks. Reasons for tampons. Sleep any way you want. Nothing "running" in the shower. I always put in a fresh one after a shower because i don't like wet strings. I under that you don't use them, but once you start, you will never go back!!! Or maybe you could try the cups. I can't use them, but some women swear by them.

We similar in multiple ways. When I'm on my period,I practically live in the shower.I can't stand pads,the heavy flow,the mood swings,the whole sleeping problem NUN OF DAT & etc etc. But...In my point of view giving it up while you on you're period is very unsanitary. That is typically the time where your body is cleaning itself out and if you letting things into it at this time, that may cause some problems.

Usually, I wear a tampon, but when I go to sleep, especially on my heavy day so I won't leak (my period is only three days... heavy the first very light the second and the third it weird because sometimes I don't have a third day.. but anyway...).
