LOTS of hard work and dedication(do i spend my last dollar on protein or going to the movies?) , A strict diet no matter if im at work play or on vacation, 6 years under my belt, My personal trainer that got me started when he himself had 10 years under his own belt. A lot of reading and not just regular fitness magazines. books about how the body works. book with no pictures! lol. I understand what you are asking.
